If nations are paying money they should have an advantage over nations that don't... it's as simple as that really. I don't donate and I wouldn't ask for parity with those who do considering they're literally keeping the game alive through their contributions. People donating having a slight advantage in the form of cash & resources is really the least they could ask for in that situation.

Why would anyone risk conducting espionage attacks if there is a chance of getting caught? All this change will do is make sure that nobody bothers with the system unless a war is declared because nobody will want to risk giving another alliance a CB or worse yet reveal their hand if they're planning a war. I can't say I agree or support the idea that 100% odds should have the possibility of revealing the attacker at all but hopefully that tiny chance truly is as rare as it suggests.

This would kill the spy system entirely... you'd have so many more spies that it'd render anyone trying to use espionage against another nation/alliance almost hopelessly ineffective. Because for every 1 saboteur you'll have 2-3 spies to counter him... Now I can understand being annoyed by having your ships blown apart by espionage but that just means you should invest in more spies.

I'm not bothered by the amount of information but I do think the centered align makes it a bit less readable, especially when compared to the standard left aligned look which to me makes it fairly clean to look at and more importantly easier to read.
