both of their leader name has "Drake" and Draksus" in their name, his 2nd account just applying to mythic alone makes it no coincidence. I think the evidence are there that he is the same person

@Alex not are you only nerfing raiders here, you're nerfing whales in general *looks at grumpy* , if this happens then i'd like to demand my money back and go down to a certain city tier (c20) and just bully whales with my other 20 city friends.

I 100% agree, Especially the part of units taking 3 days to max, not only would this kind of be a solution for this, but there would be many other pros such as wars lasting shorter due to the increase of usage in refined.

Thats where "if you're bad, you should be punished for it" comes into play. no1 should send city 15 people at a city 34 to hold them down. IF they do then they should be punished for it. The military system shouldn't change due to someone else being bad.

The "No Blockade in the first 24 hours" is really useless and is supporting the bad players. if someone would have bank loot on them, I wouldn't like to not be able to blockade them in the first 24 hours due to them being bad.

Can you add the mythic offshore into the list meaning add it into mythic stats. Those stats seems to be really low @Lury
