hmm weird i thought there was a proposal of blanket damage to all nations who went VM for legit reasons or not in coalition B. Why is that not talked about? so what if those VM nations had not been to VM to escape dogpile? in the end they'd have faced similar damage anyway. you can also have VM nations upon returning to have their infra dlted to certain agreed level. why's that also out of consideration? Coalition B can kick their fake VM nations and let them for coalition A and have legit VM nations to delete their their infra : ) as for the VM nation/wardodgers from Coalition A, their respective alliance will decide what to do with them, Coalition B has no say on those matters as they're not the winners of the Great War : )

Good luck when you ppl have 0 infra. Hence no military. Might as well start stockpiling nukes and missiles. But again that dwindles your precious rebuild money slowly but surely.
