I would assume that aspiring investors would want to look at the documents before they invest. Not showing them the documents would probably drive off potential investors. Meh, your bank, your rules.

Do you want me to go over the differences spawned by their mindsets? It's genuinely not hard to imagine people just not working with each other due to differences that set them far, far apart.
