  1. That here is the major problem. By allowing folks to not know who's harassing them is faulty logic. Tbh I'd prefer a system where rule breakers in an OOC sphere are made public to ensure the bounty system does not exist to shield them from those they are harassing. By punishing them and well not letting their victims know, I feel falls short of any perceivable standards. Knowing one's harassers isn't using OOC moderation against their IG opponents. Thats an extrapolation based on the actions of one player and one player only. To grief an entire community by protecting the identities of folks who're going after folks OOC'ily via an IG mechanism and protected by anonymity does nothing. Alex should be transparent about the folks he's punishing rather than hiding them. If they committed a violation, they don't deserve the same level of anonymity as other folks who have been abiding by the rules of the game and the bounty system.
  2. By informing someone who was harassed who did it is not something Alex should apologise for. Tbh he should apologise for not ensuring the bounty system will not be used for harassing players in game and publicly announcing all of the folks he's warning for carrying out OOC harassment through IG mechanics.
  3. No idea what IQ's supremacy clause has to do here lmao. Good luck, have fun!
  4. I mean with the Market Share tools already existing with alliances, installing a tariff system isn't difficult. Free trade with alliances your alliance picks and well they set a tariff on other alliances if they so wish. Extending that to colours would not be too difficult too.
  5. Next step joining IQ. Then merging with BK! This is the BK deep state at work! Also congrats folks!
  6. Good luck with the theme change I don't do supplements but if I did, I know where to pick em up from
  7. At the end of the day it’s where you can run the most efficient economy which is determined by your game play tbh. At lower tiers, especially when our game style is dictated by externalities like constantly building for war and the like, having larger numbers it’s more efficient to run a command economy. At upper tiers I can’t really comment since I’ve never faced the conditions with a high tier nation. That being said, anyone who argues that 100/100 somehow fails to provide for individual excellence or stems growth isn’t really looking at the whole picture outside of subjective preferences
  8. There really isn't any innovation when it comes to city builds/ economics in this game. For the most bit, its standardised across most alliances and if it isn't, its just inefficient. An alliance functions as a whole, and its silly to argue for allowing inefficiencies to exist. A successful nation does not a successful player make. Despite our similar builds and 100/100 economy, we have many successful/active players in whichever area they wish to take part in. Seeing how to be successful in this game usually does not involve in game mechanics outside of war and discord. Its a huge misconception that 100/100 eliminates individuality or does not cultivate excellent players. The confidence of knowing that all of us will always have each other backs literally when war comes around, allows us to play the other aspects of the game/community which is a great win tbh. Also I can't really argue "growth" as I have no clue what are the factors that you involve in "growth", but we're one of the top 3 alliances in the game for cities, and been constantly growing. Wonder if having almost 2,000 cities isn't "growing" lol. That being said, good luck D1 Hopefully all goes well!
  9. Still better than update simply vanishing
  10. Doesn't matter if its a logical process. You're essentially assuming a lot of things and therefore creating a narrative which isn't entirely helpful in this case. Answer me those question based on Pantheon law and I'll buy your claims. From what I've read or know of their charter, the appointment of the Titan must be voted upon by all other Olympians. Unless thats the new charter or something. So the only question then really is, was the procedures set in the charter followed for the accession of the new Titan or not. If any present Panth gov wishes to answer that, it'd pretty much clear up the silly discussions on the illegality or whatever. Let those answers come forth and then folks can discuss further. Moreover, the question on changing the charter, once again if the rules were explicitly not followed, then the change would be illegal. But thats for Pantheon members to decide. Moreover, if those who stay believe that its alright and legitimise the changes and their leadership, then by all means thats fine too. But to spin narratives on legalities really come down to the charter and at the end of the day their own internal community. Any and all discussions apart from that is basically opinions/hot air that's wrapped up to look like some pedantic discourse on this forums, and that annoys the living daylights outta me.
  11. Woah thats a lot of e-lawyering and strong claims there. Can the Titan hire/fire folks at his/her will? Can a Titan also nominate their successor? If yes to both questions, then its not really illegal :3
  12. Nah mate. We're too dynamic™ for secret treaties! We'd just have them merge into BK. Solves all our problems. BK Stronk!
  13. After reading this thread, all I can imagine is Fist singing this song for Partisan:
  14. This poster has truly seen the light of the Roqist International. They have secretly begun infiltrating all paperless alliances with the goal of bringing paper back to Orbis. More papers, please!
  15. Clearly the truth is too much for you to handle! Join the Roqist International now if you want to find the answers!
  16. I serve to please. As long as the pleasing does not involve crazy welshmen or sheep, my job here is done. PS: Clearly its all Roq's evil fault and by extension the Roqist International (a.k.a IQ)
  17. Cannot......compute. I'm of course just a faulty Roqbot that has learnt the truth of Roq's nefarious designs! Clearly Supreme Roq, the master of consolidation™ tried to consolidate TCW/Pantheon into one mega super tiered alliance, in the hope of consolidation. The Right Honourable, being a disciple of the Church of Kayser decided to follow through on dynamism™ and protect Orbis from this takeover. He saved Pantheon from such a move! The only answer for such a failure is to merge into BK, to recalibrate the Roqbots and ensure 100% IQ efficiency next time around! BK Stronk?
  18. To the contrary this is all because of IQ! Evil Roq tried to form the Roqist international through his secret ties with TKR/TCW. The Right Honourable, being all honourable seeing this evil formation of the Roqist International, decided to stop such a merge and ruin Supreme Brother Roq's evil plans on the good members of Pantheon! You heard it here first folks!
  19. More like to maintain the illusion of dynamic™ and keep the mini-sphere idea well in place! (Hey at least we're not IQ and consolidating!) (PS: I'm trolling. Don't take this post seriously.)
  20. Though this is consolidation is it not?
  21. Congrats on the consolidation!
