I had a similar idea of reducing steel cost of tanks and adjusting ships to make them slightly more expensive.

Expanding on this I would put restrictions on Sending & Receiving with outside transfers to AA banks and so you're only allowed to send once and receive once per day each. - Also requiring someone with bank access to accept the transfer is must so the receiving bank can decide who they want to accept funds from for their limit. This flexibility allows people to still play with offshores but limit their usefulness with limited transfers and limits to AA hopping. Looting the bank & off shores should still be a part of the war mechanics as having a level of tactical intrigue is what keeps wars interesting.

This is an overreach not really a solution, Also yes before any solutions are put into effect testing them on Test server first is a must Ideas of the top... 1 - require a nation to be a certain NS range to create an AA keeping them above a certain range. (2000 NS maybe) 2 - require certain number of nations in order to use bank functions (no more one man AA's with bank access ) 3 - Limit bank to bank transfers to once per day 4 - Limit bank to outside non-members ??? per day (not sure amount but this restriction would not apply to members) 5 - limit nation AA changes to once per day

The admin tested out something similar to this on Test server 2 years back called the stack system. It basically allowed you to stack a certain amount of rebuys per turn up to a limit of 70%your totals. It also changed the very nature of military improvements so you could pile them without limit but they caped out at a certain level. It freed everyone up from the update time but there was a glitch he could never figure out a work around for.(sounds familiar ?) I liked the stacking system but unless Alex has passed his Hogwarts wizardry & gaming class it's gonna rest on the shelf of incomplete ideas.

I think this whole idea could be adjusted to be Alliance based projects with higher requirements and limit it to 2 at any one time so alliances would have to rotate projects during peace and war time.

Seems too op, max commerce rate is fine but you can't have both improvement upkeep and production upkeep reduction with 1 project . I'd say say pick one or the other and consider reducing it slightly.

Increases spy attack effectiveness by 50% is a little too high I would say 25% is more balanced. You have to consider war policies that already boost spy op def/off stacking with this.

Some screenshots came to light today showing Poo reporting to Alex the exploit. I redacted out the actual exploit so no idiots try and repeat it.

Speaking as a non-gov vanilla member in the upper tier one thing this doesn't take into account is taxes as I believe most of the upper tier and some mid tier was taxed at 100% voluntarily for about a month so this was not extra cash/resources on top of revenue but rather taxes were being cycled back into growth programs. We only came out of 100% mode a week or so before the Pantheon event. That being said I'm not gov so I don't know how much was in the bank at any given time so I don't have a baseline to work with to evaluate further. However speaking for myself I already had plenty of resources and a decent amount of cash when I joined Nova as I was the largest nation at the time and was ready contribute to help the alliance grow as they just came out of a long war. Since no one joins a micro for growth programs but for the community the idea that some are making this out to be a grand conspiracy is a bit over the top as these circumstances are equally shocking to the members who are in the middle of coordinating a war on top of the drama train rolling in. Why don't we just wait for Alex to finish a thorough investigation.

No Why do new players need so much pampering and babying does every update have to be about making things "easier" for new players? New players got it easy enough with the increased daily bonuses the ability to buy 10 cities on day 1 now you want to give them more jeezeuz !! Enough with the "making things easier for new players" let them tough it out like the rest of us had to it builds character.

I've had an idea on having alliance based projects one of them being something called Secret Vault that could hold 30% of total assets of those in the main bank and is non-lootable. This way even if the main bank is looted you can't put any more money into the Secret Vault until the base bank funds exceed the previous total at deposit. Also you could take it further and put limits on how many times it could be accessed per day. I thought i already made a suggestion about it but maybe not I'll probably add it sometime soon.

It's not socialism but Maduro being incompetent and Guaido being a corporate tool so your stuck between a rock and a hard place. Those of us in the US can relate sounds a lot like our 2016 election. It's not like we don't have plenty of people in the US on gofundme's trying to pay expensive medical bills with some 30-40 million with no/little heath insurance in the richest country in the world so don't feel bad for asking this is a common thing where we come from.
