Firstly, you're using Roman propaganda, the Gauls and Germanic tribes had their own laws, language and culture which deserved preservation, the Romans tried to wipe that out and assimilate them. Secondly, if the Romans actually cared about those people they would have offered sanitation etc in exchange for gold or whatnot, instead of occupying their land and slaughtering the people. Every time a nation has foreign soldiers on its territory, its sovereignty is weakened. Eventually their is so much intervention and invasion in a country that their sovereignty is so weak that no-one cares when someone infringes on their internal affairs or territory. Even if the governments of Meonesia, Rothlo and DeutschReich requested such intervention does not matter, sovereignty belongs the people alone, the governments of Meonesia etc have betrayed their own people by allowing foreign forces to step onto their sacred soil, those governments have no right to welcome foreign troops. The Fascistic DeutschReich is trying to suppress the legitimate popular demands of their working class. The fact that they have accepted foreign invaders to suppress their own people shows that the Deutsch government has betrayed it's own people to foreigners.

Velikan People's Army officers discussing the specifics of the merger Today the Council of State and the Presidium of the People's Republic have agreed on legislation to formally disband the People's Militia and merge it into the regular standing army - the People's Army. So this idea is kinda influenced by rare resources in the RTS video game "Rise of Nations". Basically rare resources wouldn't actually have quantities like the standard resources in P&W do, instead they would be static bonuses (like resources in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways)), except that rare resources wouldn't be permanent; every turn their would be a random chance your nation finds a rare resource. If you find one, it would last say 5 days until it is "depleted" and disappears, during those 5 days your nation gets the bonus associated with that resource. Rare resources would not be trade-able. Here's some ideas: Diamonds: Increases your gross income. Gold: Increases your gross income. Silver: Increases your gross income. Platinum: Slightly increases gross income. Slightly reduces cost of Tanks. Titanium: Reduces Tank and Ship casualties in war. Slightly reduces Steel cost of Ships and Tanks. Saltpeter: Increases the productivity of Munitions Factories (without increasing the amount of Lead used). Sulfur: Increases the productivity of Munitions Factories (without increasing the amount of Lead used). Sweet Oil: Increases the productivity of Oil Refineries (without increasing the amount of Oil used). Chromite: Increases the productivity of Steel Mills (without increasing the amount of Iron used). I don't know why any country should ban GMO, scientific advancement which results in higher food production should be welcomed.

There's 85,850 people in the whole world who are worth $30 million to $49 million. There's 323,625,762 in the US. Seeing as it costs more than 50million USD to run for President successfully, that means that in the US only 0.02% of the population can self-fund a campaign (actually it's much lower than that as the millionaire figure I used is for the whole world). If self-funding is the miracle of un-corrupt elections, then you are pretty much saying that less than 0.02% of Americans deserve the right to run for President. Very democratic.
