Orange Is The New Black Accords Preamble: R&R and The Knights Radiant enter into this treaty of non-chaining mutual defense and optional aggression. Article I: Non Aggression R&R and The Knights Radiant come together as friends and agree not to attack the other party. It is agreed to handle any issues between them in private. Article II: Intelligence/Aid Both signatories agree to share all relevant information of worth. It is agreed that this information shall not be falsified, or changed in any way, to mislead the other party. The signatories are also encouraged to share resources and monetary assistance with the other if requested. Article III: Defense and Optional Aggression Should either R&R or The Knights Radiant come under attack, the other will provide military assistance. This becomes optional if the attack is due to either of the signatories engaging in an aggressive war. Each signatory also has the option of fighting aggressively alongside the other. Article IV: Cancellation Should either R&R or The Knights Radiant wish to cancel this treaty, it may be cancelled at any time with proper notification of the other alliance, followed by 72 hours. After the 72 hours has passed the treaty is nullified. I did indeed cancel the treaty roughly 6 weeks ago. And yes, I did state I wanted to wait until after the war, out of respect for BK. No matter why I decided to cancel the treaty, I did, at the time, have respect for BK, for all BK did for us when I reformed R&R. So frankly I don't give a shit, if you think my wanting to wait to announce this is laughable. I was perfectly justified in why I wanted to cancel, when I did, during war. And yet still, out of the respect I had at the time, I did want to wait, because I didn't want to announce it right then, and throw more negativity your way. But hey, spin it which ever way you guys want.
