Right now, the CIA project is seriously underused. So I was thinking of a few ways to buff it a little bit, and get it being used more, if you get me. Suggestion 1) To start off with you could have the CIA project lower the cost of spy upkeep. Not by a lot, but by enough to make it worth getting. Spies cost $2400 to upkeep per day, so why not have that cost cut by $500 and drop the cost to $1900 per spy? Suggestion 2) Could it be made so that the number of spies you can recruit per day increases to 3? I thought 4 was too much but 3 seems nice enough. Suggestion 3) A little op but you never know. Could it make your spies more effective? Its just that you would have thought with them having their CIA headquarters and organization, they would also train more efficiently and so become more effective. That one is kinda unrealistic. These were just a few ideas I've been sitting on for a while, and I wanted to contribute. If anyone else has any good ideas to buff the CIA project feel free to share

In the time taken for an alliance to respond, the damage would already have been dealt. It simply wouldnt be fair. At the beginning of the game your main income is raids, right? But after a of progressing there are less and less inactives. But if you could feed off of the ever growing number of small nations, why would you stop? The game would be full of mid tier location hoppers looking for little guys to pick on. No fair.Even if they were part of an alliance, by the time the mid tier has been countered the damage has been done, resources and cash lost, not to mention military destroyed.

For a small nation, yes. While they are not a massive part of war, enough people still get the iron dome so obviously people still feel threatened by them. While they do not do much in terms of high damage, they are a nice touch to anyones miltary, unless you have nukes. Then dont bother.

For me its more about having a stable score and the ability to hold on to your members. If you cant maintain members then what is the point. Without having consistent members, you can't get that community feel that in my opinion is vital for any established alliance.

This isn't as bad as they can get, trust me and the others that have said it. If you want help, if you want advice, join a bigger alliance. You must learn the game mechanics, then learn about the politics outside of the game. You cannot simply storm in and bend things to your will. Nobody is tearing into you here as much as they could, just giving you advice as gently as they can muster. Dont give up on this dream of yours. Simply delay it for a little while.
