Color Bloc Changes: Discussion of added mechanics to Color Blocs (like the councils) has been nonexistent for a while. The new treasure additions are nice in my opinion (especially the specialization), but this seems like the perfect time to focus on the previously voted councils, and it doesn't look like we're getting any of that. Overall would have liked more, but this is good as well. City Changes: I think you're fundamentally making a big mistake here because of your misunderstanding of a new player's mindset. It's been a while since most of the playerbase has gone through that, so it's completely understandable. I believe a lack of city catch-up does not cause retention to go down. At least, not as much as the number of players you're going to lose by capping the upper end while buffing the lower. This game is not played in cities, the gameplay loop is the exact same past the raiding stage, which most players don't even do. I have yet to hear of an example of someone quitting because c60 is, realistically, not attainable for them. If quitting happens, it's either because of the time-consuming aspect of the game, or the lack of in-game content when the community stops entertaining that player enough to warrant the time spent. New players do not quit this game because they are @Leftbehind the rest of the playerbase, because regardless of their political irrelevance, alliances don't just leave their c5s hanging. They fight in the wars, albeit to a lower extent of quality. They still have the same content in-game. It is also widely understood that being an upper city count does not mean more enjoyment in the game. In the case of raiding, you actually lose content by going up. If you restrict the upper end in order to make the lower end catch up faster, you're going to lose the core playerbase at the top to fix a non-issue for the newcomers.

You also seem to be taking a pretty linear approach when comparing quite a lot of the stat categories. The first two weeks of a war will not have the same war participation that the second two weeks will, and so on. Rose has been getting dead beat for a month and a half.

"Keep Me Logged In" actually works on Opera. Just a tip for those that are unaware and annoyed with trying to log in before DC with Chrome and Safari (?) constantly logging you out on mobile. Opera (not GX) hasn't logged me out for months, hope this helps someone. #VoteKaranWorstLeader

As a new player, the moves of two alliances were what made me think fun could be had in this game. It's genuinely very sad to see that one of them is to be no more. I get the overall sentiment but half of the points are misleading. Sitting out for a year is a contributing cause of the other points, not sure why it's listed as an argument. They only very recently passed the most bled loot point in recent wars, it's not that crazy. Not sure what preparation you're talking about that they did not do. This is invalid, 200b isn't referring to damage taken unlike what Kastor wrote. -> The -200b sentence is the dumbest I've ever heard. Net could be better but for the damages part they had infra, like did everyone else. There was a global NAP with guaranteed ROI. I know you guys don't care about NAPs but this is very easy to see. Maybe if someone bought mercs on them they wouldn't have had so much infra to lose. Give them a go next time.
