  13. No, we consulted PETA (and promptly beat them, since they proceeded to toss my pet watersnake into the water). We took what they said as a reference point however and did the opposite.
  14. This is my favorite clock. Depending on the pulsar itself, it can be more precise than an atomic clock. It is a thermodynamic wonder, of brief existence in the cosmos (lasts 100 million years give or take, a brief time in the billions of years this universe has existed).
