The thing about placing massive terms and reps on the losing Alliance will likely lead to another war. Historically on Earth we can see this in the period from the Great War to WWII. It doesn't exactly make the losers look at the victors with respect. It makes them search for somebody to blame.

A fellow claimed UPN had always been prepared. I disagree. Look at how quick and far we fell. If we had a week instead if the two days we had to prepare, it would have been a far bloodier war.
