I suppose I see your point, but then this forces everyone to have at least 1 of each military building in their MMR, which can reduce production/commerce and is frankly annoying. I'm not in favor of any game mechanic that would essentially force a certain MMR or a certain minimum MMR.

Well first of all, you can only have up to 3 dry docks (not 5). Why? I don't know. Ask Alex lol. Second, yes, the main reason most people don't have ships is because they are generally too expensive to maintain during peace time and the improvements can be better used for commerce, production, etc. Basically, their cost versus benefit cannot be justified for most.

But what if I don't want to use a "tiny" amount of rss every day that would add up to train my troops (especially when they already have a daily upkeep cost)? I would be at a disadvantage and, according to your suggestion, even lose military efficacy. It's idiotic, in my opinion, to force people to essentially waste rss daily just to "keep up" and to penalize them if they miss a day.

I concur with what others have said here. Good idea, but the gas and munis to 0 is a terrible idea. I think @MinesomeMC's proposed changes to the suggestion would make it viable.

Most players send a sell/buy offer for 1 food with the ppu being the amount you want to send. If you want to receive money from the person, send them a sell offer. If you want to give money to the person, send them a buy offer.

A Top 30 alliance is an alliance who ranks within the Top 30 alliances in terms of score. "Making" one is a fairly complicated and long process. First, you have to make an alliance period. Then you have to build it with a competent government that knows what they're doing. Often alliances make it into the Top 30 by acquiring mergers, successful recruiting and growth plans, and other means of increasing their score. That's the gist, really.
