  1. Shall we address a few things?...... Sure. 1. The arrangement with AC was only one round, but they broke the beige cycle, leaving us in a bad position. I would be happy to provide SS of your personal protests to this if it would help jog your memory. 2. I love how you make up shit. No one was removed from the bloc server until they peaced... and they were never removed from the server, just from MilCom channels, which wouldn't mean anything to you since you had peaced. Rome was only removed from the block when it was clear that they had signed an agreement with Aurora. There were many attempts to coordinate, but you all just didn't like them because they weren't "your way" nor were they always where you could read them because as senior members of the bloc, FSO and SoL were coordinating privately and rolling it out to the team, although you and UU did your own thing regardless of what was coordinated, so I don't know why we even bothered to talk to brick walls. 3. Rome (and you personally, Tib) pushed the war against Cam. This was your baby. And you quit early because you had no forward thought. SoL and FSO had already created a path forward when you all tucked tail and left. 4. When you plan a war with 5 alliances and end with 2, I'd say that is needing the other 3 because... obvs, they were part of the plan. Right? And I personally was very responsive, thank you very much. 5. SoL was never going to surrender. We did so as a request from FSO, so you can go spread your lies elsewhere. We actually had a successful plan forward, even after UU left, which you all chose to quit before even hearing. Great allies, I'm telling you. One in a million. 6. You are now bringing this to a personal level. Above was all spoken from a larger overview, but since you want to create discord where there is none, let's do this. I have never claimed to be your friend, but even with people who have gone out of their way to personally attack me, I have made every attempt to be polite in DMs. And, actually, until this forum post, I had no personal issue with you. The "personal" attack mentioned above was in regards to the relationship between SoL and Rome and the utter lack of decorum your leader showed in his exit. It was never about what I personally believed, although (as I told you very clearly in DMs) I am utterly disappointed in how quickly the dog bites the hand in which fed it. I will never lie about that. Have fun lying in the bed you've made.
  2. ..................... I'm drinking irish beer?
  3. Thank you for everything, hidude. I am glad you understand.
  4. @Jacob Knox We would advise that you should be careful for housing snakes in the grass. Sorry if the truth hurts your new prot's feelings. What they did was not only unprofessional and lacking any honor, but was done on a personal level. I think what I posted was done so on a rather mild note. EDIT: On a side note, I don't know why we were surprised about Rome backstabbing anyone. #TheIdesOfMarch
  5. The battlefield ahead was blackened and bloody, the buildings and trees that had once stood tall were now lain flat upon the rotting flesh of men. The death was even too much for the crows. At the top of a hill, Soldiers of Liberty and Federated States of Orbis stood alone. SoL looked at the carnage, remembering the initial charge with those they had called friends…. the pirates of AC, who had promised to be at the charge and nothing more, UU who had talked a good game, but left the battle field without even a 'so long, brother'…. and then there was Rome. Rome had been a little brother for so long, most enduring and encouraging, who gave up all hope as UU left and show their true cowardice and tucked tail for the sanctuary of Aurora. "My friend, we are with you until the end." SoL says, turning their face from the battle to their only true friend, FSO. "Camelot does not strike fear in our hearts, and though we were hit hard by their mercenaries, Argh, we will see this out to the end." With a great sadness in their eyes, FSO turns to their friend. "They will let us go free if you but surrender." SoL looks away, looking back over the battlefield, their eyes welling up. It would be like the ending of Breaveheart, as they ripped the innards out of William Wallace…. Camelot would be most cruel should SoL wave that white flag of surrender. Looking back over to FSO, SoL feigns a soft smile. "My friend, if that is what saves you, we are willing to lay ourselves down for you. We would die in the battlefield or by handing over our pride on a platter for you, for in the end, you were the only ones to be true to your word, save the pirates who got greedy in the chaos of the charge." After embracing their greatest friend, SoL slowly picks up the white flag and marches alone across that battlefield, their boots sinking in the mud, ash, and blood of war, the stench and the sorrow causing those tears to slowly roll down their dirty face. Halfway across the battlefield, Camelot meets SoL. Chin up, shoulders square, SoL takes a deep breath and then opens their mouth to speak. "We surrender." "Say it." Camelot replies from upon their war horses, knuckles tight on the reigns in anticipation. "Say Camelot is not a tax farm." SoL looks up, brows furrowed. "You do realize that nothing we say has or will ever change the mind of Orbis, right?" "Say it, or else we will refuse your surrender!" Camelot yells, spit flying from the angry words, the horse starting to paw at the ground in anxiety. "Camelot is not a tax-" "-And never was." Camelot adds. SoL looks up to mee the eyes of Camelot, lips pressed thin. "Camelot is not, and never was, a tax farm." The words were like poison on the tongue, but they were made real unto the world. "And we surrender......" -------------------------------------- TL;DR Soldiers of Liberty formally states: Cam is not a tax farm and never was. We formally acknowledge the existence of the UA. SoL is sorry for spreading the forum post written by HiDude that is considered to be misinformation.
  6. Lol. Yeah... dang it.... I will just go put my nose in the corner and prepare myself to write "I will only breath Orbis." a million times. Lol
  7. Tis what happens when a blitz gets pushed forward a day and yer already elbow deep in adult beverages. What amuses me is that the image is linked around everywhere as if it is supposed to bother me. I was drunk and grabbed the wrong link, so what. It's a game.
  8. Thanks... it only took 100 minutes to sign up for access to post it. Lol!
  9. On this dawning of a new day, in the year of two thousand seventy five, a new age of heros has arisen. In the orange hues of dusk, our heros stand upon the precipice of Orbis's towers with their capes fluttering in the wind.... ah, yes, the winds of change. As these heros band together in a brotherhood to stand for those who cannot stand for themselves, tyrants begin to grow nervous. The Bretheren Court formally announces, with passion and grit, that Camelot must fall for their mistreatment of their people. It is with this unifying mission that Asslamyic Caliphate, Federated States of Orbis, The Roman Empire, Soliders of Liberty, Sunray 1-1, and United Uumah formally declare War against the tyrants of Camelot (see here for more details) as they reach out to spread their evil across Orbis. Justice will prevail.
