Waldreich National Syndication War Declared against Waldreich During the night the sound of air raid sirens could be heard across all the nations cities and towns. Within moments of the air raid sirens sounding explosions were heard as a foreign power moved its military might against the Imperial Republic of Waldreich. The nations military had not been prepared for an attack from a much larger enemy, however the nation of High Hill Valley advanced its forces across the boarder and begun its attack across the nation. The House of Nobles and the Imperial Senate met with the Chancellor in an undisclosed location where they began to issues orders to the troops in the field. Waldreich initiated its wartime protocol and switched its Civilian Economic Production Lines to Military Production and opened makeshift Barracks and other Military Facilities in the hopes of increasing its military power and might quickly. Despite this however the enemy constant strikes have caused widespread panic and unrest as well as has killed thousands of innocent civilians and military personnel alike. Due to the sudden strikes both from the Air and the Sea several townships and cities were damaged and many lives were lost due to the civilian people not being prepared for the assault. We are currently keeping an eye on what is going on but as it stands it is believed that William von Waldreich will keep a Defensive War as his priority. William von Waldreich's Special Announcement "To the people of Waldreich. I come before you not as your leader or your Chancellor, but as a man, a son, and soldier of this great nation. Earlier the nation of High Hill Valley suddenly and deliberately attacked our nation without just cause or provocation. The fact that its Alliance condones this atrocity against the innocent people of our nation makes me question not just the nation of High Hill Valley, but the Alliance they are a part of as a whole. The people of our nation demand retribution, we demand answers, we demand our enemies to see the great tragedy they bring not to just our people but their own. Waldreich National Syndication STRT losses grow as Investigation continues Recently multiple strikes against the STRT and its officers has brought the death toll to 28. Currently the STRT is continuing the investigation as to who is behind the unwarranted strikes against the nation of Waldreich as well as its STRT Agency. The continued attacks have costed millions in damages and loss of life and has caused the Chancellor to call for the creation and establishment of a Centralized Intelligent Agency. The funds were diverted from the Royal Families account and was used to build a new and state of art facility to use to act as a base of operations for continued investigations. "The people deserve answers, the people deserve security, and the people deserve to know who it is that is attacking our nation for absolutely no reason. We have not attacked anyone, we have to used our agents to attack anyone, nor have we openly spoke out against anyone or any other nation. The fact that there is a nation out there that believes attacking and killing innocent people for no known reason is nothing less than a cowards move." Chancellor William von Waldreich stated as he was heading to a meeting with the House of Nobles. Civil unrest has been minimum as many believe that it hasn't affected the civilian population directly but, there is growing concern that an attack against the people will happen and it will cause to a greater loss of life. Military spending increases ruffle feathers in the Imperial Senate Recently the House of Nobles voted and agreed upon a new Military Budget that would see the expansion of the current military fighting force by 10% or more over the new few months. Part of the spending package also saw the development of special programs that would be introduced into school systems across the nation. This caused a stir in the Imperial Senate (also referred to as the Peoples Senate), as members voiced their concerns of introducing military education into the local school systems. They also argued that the current military spending budget was enough for a defensive force and that any further increases would be seen as an 'Imperialistic' posture that could hurt their foreign diplomacy standing. The new Military Budget proposal called for an increase across the board from the training of new Infantry to the increased production of Tanks, Aircraft, and Ships. There is also a push to begin working on the creation of a new Strategic Missile Command Network that would be tasked with the creation of missile development and management. The final section of the budget proposal was the establishment of a nationwide Youth Military Development Program that would require all schools to implement physical exercise along with military training drills into the current curriculum. While the majority of the Imperial Senate agreed to the development of some sort of physical exercise program in school, it did not agree with the establishment of a military training program to run along side it. While many did voice their concern the amount of votes believed to be needed to place the proposal on hold will most likely not be reached as Chancellor William von Waldreich has stated he is optimistic about the program. "I think it is in poor taste to introduce military training along with a physical exercise program into the school system, especially for the Elementary schools. While I don't deny that such a system could be helpful and beneficial to the Secondary schools and Academy's, to force our children to participate in such things at an early age seems counter productive." stated Imperial Senator Gregor Heinzmen. It is expected that the measure will pass through the Imperial Senate and be signed by the Chancellor by the end of the month.

Waldreich National Syndication GDP drop puts more pressures on new government The recent financial reports presented by the Department of Economics and the Department of the Interior has concluded that the recent expansion has caused some unexpected consequences. The nations GDP has dropped over 3% and will possible drop further as continued City Development and Military spending reaches new heights. The Department of Economics has stated that expansion in infrastructure has increased the upkeep while the number of establishments that increase revenue has stated the same despite the recent increase in spending. The Waldreich House of Nobles has been working with the Peoples Senate in order to create a new economic packages that would maintain the current military budget while increasing the revenue through continued economic growth packages to business owners. Part of the new package could also see an increase in spending for Farmers which until recently hadn't obtained any financial assistance from the government. The 'Farmers Financial Expansion Package' is being designed to increase the governments ability to buy crops directly from the farmers or through approved business while also creating a subsidy during times of shortfalls or droughts. "We believe that the government must be willing to help those in need when the time comes, while also ensuring that the people do not get too reliant on the government. It is one thing to help when the help is needed, but another thing entirely when people expect to be taken care of." stated Chancellor William von Waldreich during a meeting between the Chancellor and the Director of Economics and the Interior. The announcement of the GDP dropping had caused some ripples in the nations markets with people fearful that this could be a sign of a possible economic recession just a little while after the new government was formed. This has put pressure both on the House of Nobles and the Peoples Senate. Special Operations within Waldreich raise concerns of international conflict A recent report from the Department of Defense and Security has recently shown where there was an operation recently that caused the death of several members of the Waldreich's Special Tactics and Recon Team (STRT). While the nation that conducted the operations has not been identified yet there is growing concerns the operation is simply the start of something that may lead to a growing conflict. The Department of Defense and Security has stated that they are currently investigating the possibility that the nation responsible could be one that has a vendetta against the Alliance that the Imperial Republic of Waldreich recently joined. The STRT members that were killed during the operations will be laid in the Royal Armies National Cemetery with full honors. The Imperial Royal Guard will be preforming a ceremony for the fallen in the next couple of days. It is expected that the Chancellor along with the former King will appear and give a speech to the people and the families. "These young men and women were willing to live, serve, and die for this great nation. It is not just a duty to be there for them when they are laid to rest, but a great honor to be there for those who have earned glory and honor." King George von Waldreich III, stated when asked by WNS. Chancellor William von Waldreich announced that the STRT and the Department of Defense and Security will be seeking information from anyone who is willing to provide it and that the military has been put on heightened alert until the investigation is complete.

The once large and powerful nation of Erusa lead by the former Imperial Family's heir Eugene Faulkner son of James Faulkner founder of the Military Monarchy of Erusea later the Imperial Republic of Erusea would fall to strive created by the turmoil of constant warfare, continued internal power struggles and the death of Eugene Faulkner II heir of Eugene Faulkner and sworn Eternal Emperor of Erusa. The death of Eugene Faulkner II lead to a split in the family as well as putting them at odds with Imperial Court. Civil war soon broke out and thus the nation of Erusea was no more. After years of civil war and the destruction of the old former ways and symbols, a new group has established control over the small fledgling empire and is now working to restore it to its former glory. Under the stewardship Eugene Faulkner III the newly formed political group under the name the "Noblest Party" has restructured the governing body and has decided to create a new nation under a name formerly used by Erusea for a short time during the "Democratic Uprising" which saw a small time of transition of power from the Imperial Family to a Democratically elected government under the name of the Belverian Congress. It is currently unclear to the rest of the world if the newly formed Government under the leadership of Eugene Faulkner III will be any different than those that came before him but the people of Belveria believe that this is a new beginning for their people and the hope to see their empire grow and prosper.

Ah yes I remember the time that Terradoxia got slammed as a whole for an exploit that only a couple knew about. Glad to see the mob mentality hasn't changed. I truly believe some people just have to have a reason to complain. He removed the ones that can be linked to the exploit, he told everyone there was one, I'm assuming he fixed it and now it's time to move on instead of going on some witch hunt like what happened to Terradoxia.

While I could attempt to point out the flaw in your logic I will not do so as it is a waste of my time and effort. Just suffice it to say that if it can be done in other games of this nature and implemented without issue then it can be done here. But on a related note if you don't feel that it is enough of damage then I guess we could just say that if a nuke hits your city it wipes out all military units stationed in that city ranging from Soldiers, Tanks, Aircraft, and Ships and then you would have nukers just sling at least one nuke at every city until you have no military left. It is called balance for reason.

Why not base the Stock Market on Nation production and trade instead of a fake artificial market system? In a sense the Resource Market goes up and down much like a Stock Market based on the number of nations producing raw or refined resources. In essence it could be almost like "Futures" Stock where you are banking on the price of a certain resource to increase allowing you make money and in the condition that it fell you are losing money. Also you could hypothetically invest directly into a nation though that may be a bit more tricky and have a great deal of codding involved as well as more thought as to HOW it would actually work.

At least it would be a step in the right direction...and may lead to updates that would eventually fix the problem...or at least ease it.

I know this has been discussed once a long time ago about the need to look into a system that allowed nations to prioritize military units by either "Deploying" them to wage war, or to simply maintain them at home for defensive purposes. I think we should revisit that and look into doing this. I also think with the new system we should look into maybe adding a new set of Improvements called "Defense" which would have the improvements Bunkers, Artillery Base, Naval Guns, and Anti-Air Cannons (or equal like building names) Each improvement would add a small percentage of chance of defending against a larger enemy force. Obviously bunkers would increase your success for soldiers and the Artillery Base for tanks making Ground Battles a little tougher, AA would make Air Strikes tougher, and Naval Guns would make Blockades and Naval Strikes harder. I think Deploying would add a new dynamic to war making you strategize more prior to waging a war.

I do think that in the case of a Nuclear strike that the side that gets nuked should lose military forces. I mean realistically if your in the middle of war and someone nukes you the ability to "protect" all your troops is pretty shady at best. Say when a city gets nuked you lose 1/3 of the amount of troops supported by that city. If they city gets nuked 3 times then you'd lose all troops normally supported by that city.

The market has gotten out of hand and I agree with the statements that it has gotten harder for smaller nations to grow effectively. In turn this has also stagnated the concept of alliances to an extent. Now if you don't join a large alliance that can finance (or at least is willing to finance) your growth you are not going to get far. What really should be a red flag for the markets was when the price of Raw in some cases I have seen cost more than the price of a Manufactured resource. I don't have a problem with the updates per say...but I think it was an update that was massive and was implemented way to fast and all at one time instead of making slight updates here and there to watch to see how the markets did as well as to watch and see how everyone was able to react as well as to give everyone time to react and make changes. I also think there are some things that need to be looked at into updating that could be used to help with the current problems such as new Projects, new improvements, maybe a new resource (though I honestly doubt that would help much). There is no "easy" fix to this issue but nothing is ever easy.

My grandfather James Faulkner the founder of Erusea under the Military Monarchy secured our freedom and prosperity through an iron fist and iron will. The time has come that we make a new change. One that reflects the will of the people and the need of our nation. As we speak I have issued a final directive to be carried out at once without delay. As of this moment the Imperial Court of Erusea is dissolved and all authority, power, and resources at those within its halls are hereby removed. Within six months we will be having our first election to elect representatives from each city that will comprise our newly formed government. Upon the election completion and the authority of the Monarchy will be removed and transferred to the newly elected government and its head. Let this be a new beginning for us all." As this transmission is being transmitted the Military Police have been dispatched to arrest and remove the former members of the Imperial Court and place them under arrest for crimes against the people, and crimes against the state.

An End to the Conflict I will get straight to the point...as I have said before I don’t like long announcements. The Band of the Hawk and Seven Kingdoms through discussion between myself and Brooklyn666 we have concluded that at the end of the first round of conflict we will declare a cessation to hostilities under the following few terms: Band of the Hawk will not pursue further transgressions against Seven Kingdoms Band of the Hawk will not seek reparations for the war or for the raid that occured prior to the war. Band of the Hawk will be added to Seven Kingdoms No Raid List. Seven Kingdom will not seek reparations against Band of the Hawk. I get raiding is raiding, its part of it and that's all fine and dandy. I think everyone raids at some point or at least thinks about it...I mean kind of makes the game fun you know. But at some point you got to protect your peeps...I probably will get rolled...again part of it has happened to many people before and will happen again. But no one can say I didn't at least try to defend my members.
