Dan77 Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 That was better than I would have expected. It does do some particularly bad translations, especially with non Indo-European languages. It doesn't help that many languages don't have words for everything that another language does, so they get substituted for something else and then when they are translated back, you are getting a more realistic translation of what is actually written in the other language. It's why people who want direct translations so it's "pure" have the wrong idea on these things.
