Over the past week or so, Noir has been in talks with Cirrus bank about a possible partnership. Today, I can happily announce that it is now in effect. It is our mutual hope that this partnership shall assist our costumers, streamline our various processes, and of course... ensure profit. Noir will function as the primary enforcement mechanism for Cirrus' debt collection and will work in conjunction with Cirrus' Asset Protection Specialists to ensure that Cirrus' holdings are respected. Noir will be compensated for its actions at a minimum of their cost. I will leave the disclosure of additional details to Cirrus, should they be so inclined.
