We do wish to promote the peace and well-being of our people and yours and are willing to conduct trade agreements with your 'Nations'. But be warned, acts of aggression will be punished with retaliation dedicated to defend our people and neutralize and aggressor's war efforts or till they surrender. We do not tolerate unlawful attacks upon our people and will only produce weapons to defend ourselves and destroy those that attack us. Regardless, I, Chancellor Darknight whom is ruling the Republic in the name of Princess Luna, do invite Humans to communicate with me personally.
