Introduction

Knox News Corner (KNC) hereby establishes itself as one of the latest independently owned and operated news servers in Orbis.

Centered around reporting facts (rumors too) in an unbiased manner, KNC is not affiliated with any alliance(s) and reporters on our staff are not permitted to express biases for or against any alliance(s). (This rule is not necessarily applicable to show hosts on our staff who are granted mostly free reign over their shows and, thus, the positions taken by our show hosts are not representative of those of the network.)

 

What We Offer

Currently, KNC reports on matters regarding alliances (macros and micros) as well as leaks and rumors. Soon, given hiring of qualified reporters, we aim to also cover economic and business related news—and perhaps more upon popular demand and/or interest of our reporters.

KNC also offers continuous updates on the progress of the game as provided by Alex and his team in the official PnW Discord Server (and perhaps other places) and happenings on the forums. Soon, we aim to provide continuous information and alerts regarding treaties, militarization, deletions, etc. courtesy of Locutus.

Finally, because we all need a break from Orbis sometimes, KNC offers a small selection of fun bots for memes, Pokémon, and RPG. We can, and will, expand the selection upon popular demand and feedback from the community.

 

Monetization

We currently offer low-rate advertising in the server due to the fact that we are a new organization. Rates will be re-evaluated periodically based on influx of adverts and traffic. For more information, join the server and check the section on advertising.

We may (yet to be decided by the owner) be looking for investors and people to join our Board of Trustees very soon, so keep an eye out for information about that in the near future. The Board of Trustees, as a by the way, would be a small group of significant contributors who would earn a set percentage of the network's overall income.

We are looking to bring on reporters and show hosts alike, so if you are interested in reporting or hosting a show of your choosing, then join our server and open a support ticket!

To be fair, I pretty much said the show hosts can do whatever they want. I just like facts in news. Never said I don't love hearing heavily opinionated and biased stuff as well lol.
