Starting an alliance before contacting others for a protectorate, then asking for a protectorate on your Declaration post is not wise. Pick up some experience and understanding of the games mechanics and how to run an alliance and THEN leave and break out on your own. Before starting any alliance, you should always, and I mean always talk for protection with alliance leaders personally before even forming the alliance. Asking for protection after you made your DoE makes alliances see your attempt as non-planned out. Which would sway them from taking your request for protection seriously. Which then makes it harder, but still doable if you still talk to leaders privately. I'm not here to judge, but just to say that. Best of luck in your adventures. Edit: Again? Making an alliance is an uphill battle you will lose without influence, experience, friends and organisation. Listen to these people and engage the community via a large alliance. Vack Posted September 25, 2016 Share Posted September 25, 2016 I for one welcome a new, uncontaminated entity into the game. Hope you do alright, despite the odds being vastly stacked against you.
