If any Meonesian ships pass through there, and Khevinist officials don't want them there, I don't see how it's that bad. It would actually probably be a good thing because the Meonesian government is being stupid (not Altim Atae, the others) and so having a few Meonesian merchant ships ''change hands'' will probably be enough to get them to learn from their mistake and to be more careful in the future.
