Although I can't speak for gov, I don't see any situation in which they would refuse to negotiate in good faith if good faith was shown to us in return. This war has gone on for far too long, hell I've only been involved a week and I'm sick to death of it, can't get shit done because it's taking up too much time. Hello again, I am sure that many members of coalition A would love to hear all about a surrender without conditions. Unconditional surrender does not of course apply here, as you have no way of going in and taking our resources from us without our consent: I must therefore assume that you meant to talk about surrender without conditions, in other words a white peace. I have full confidence that, should such a thing be offered to the coalition in its entirety, the immortals would be prepared to speak with you. Unlike other alliances, certain principals in our rules (most notably the principal of creating a helpful and friendly community) do not allow us simply to abandon allies when they are in need of our help. We find that doing that would lead to alliances breaking down: I heard about a group of alliances which failed to respect their allies...and all their allies are beating them now. Well, I only report because I have an interest in seing the rules upheld. I'm sure that's something you'd understand, but since goons, who usually do such a good job of doing this sometimes let some inappropriate fields fall through the net, I feel I'm doing everyone a favour by making sure that they don't go unreported.

Having now read the information, I can give a more considered response, rather than...you know, someone who just got pissed that all his alliances allies peaced out without letting us know first. I can understand why you did it. The contents of those leaked logs were disgusting, and reveal the rather unpleasant opinion of some of our current allies towards this whole sphere, which has taken billions in damage in order to support them. The post from Akuryo is indefenceable, the rest simply unpleasant. As it is however I won't be calling for TI to remove itself from the war. I see the threat to the game from an IQ victory of too great a cost to recommend such an exit, but understand why Pantheon, Schrute, DH, Horsemen and WTF believed differently. I don't begrudge you your peace and I thank you for standing with TI for the time you did.

The reason that many here believe that this bot is illegal is that it does not actually require the bankers nation to be active to make the withdrawal. Therefore, it gives an advantage to BK (and anybody using this bot) that those of us without access to such programing knowledge do not have. If I wanted to withdraw my resources or money from TI bank, I have to wait for Tyrion to be online. This is not the case for BK: meaning that a nation could theoretically put their money in the bank, get beiged and then remove it without having to wait for the banker to be online. This instancy is a luxury that the rest of us do not have.

I agree that a tool which allows funds to be withdrawn from the bank without the banker needing to be active increases unfairness within the game and should be banned. Games should not be 'code to win,' if your banker can't log on for a while then you don't get the cash out of the bank. Even if it is 'your own money,' that's part of the risk of making a safety deposit. I deposited some money and resources with the TI bank, if I want to get them back and tyrion isn't online, kind of going to struggle with that one. It must be noted as well that this makes it extremely easy for BK members to bank potential loot just before beige, as they are fully aware they can instantly get it back. The rest of us don't have that security.
