I do like the sound of the idea but the execution might need a bit more thought. Firstly, what does actively fighting mean? Would it count as active fighting if I suicide 50 munition-less soldiers onto someone and get a UF so that I neither lower their resistance while at the same time am not at 12 MAPs. Secondly, how would this affect inactive players? If I declare on an inactive nation, no matter how big or powerful they are and then just wait for the natural resistance decay to defeat them, would that be a valid strategy? Third, what if I am unable to fight at all, i.e, say I'm caught in a blockade without any resources to make any military. I would not be able to fight back not because I don't want to but more of because I wouldn't be able to.

I personally don't see why being an opportunistic bloc is bad. Oasis plays the For Sale Meatshields for all other spheres and in my opinion, there is nothing wrong with selling yourself for use by others.

Hey man, idk what they taught you in school, but MysInc had 449 trackable member. This puts it at #4 or #5 with 2 who spheres below you in numbers. Infact, Hollywood, the biggest hegemony in game, had a stupendously high 47 members more than your sphere. I don't think you have the right to call yourself the smallest. You can't even call yourself the worst in performance as well since there definitely are worse spheres than yours.

You think forming the biggest sphere in the game is more criminal than not centering the images on this treaty post?

1) Reduce the city-military score ratio. It should optimally be 1:1 or 1:1.5 for full military(Ratio provided in City Score: Military score) 2) Let all wars end in beige(yes, a beige rework can help raiding too). 3) Possibly figure out a way to expire superiorities every x turns if the same attack isn't done again. 4) (Probably a bad idea) New project called International Airport. Let's you move in and out x units of resources/cash of each kind of total or based on the then valuation. Cost can be discussed later and there can be reasonable restrictions. 5) Testing most new mechanics updates on test server for an extended amount of time before pushing it live. As you can probably see, these are all war mechanics updates rather than raiding buff updates since raiding depends purely on war mechanics updates.
