I had my suspicions no doubt, but never accused him of bribery. I supported and encourages every way and means of investigating Moon and everything turned up false. I get you want to label him a bad person but from my experience of how he started in PnW to where he is now it’s poposterous to label him that. He had a hot head and quick temper when he started, and now he’s matured and learned. Hell, look at the screenshots of that conversation with dynamic. Old Moon would’ve been cussing him out and lost his temper, however he calmly stated his dissatisfaction and still offered to help Rose however he can. People grow, mature, and change overtime Alexio. Moon has done exactly that and has had the whole community down his neck about multis and everything and he’s still around. Alex would’ve banned him if there was foul play found and obviously Alex hasn’t found anything, so it’s time to drop that narrative and move on.

In Moon’s defense, he didn’t know about a upcoming war. He left do to friction internally between Rose gov and himself. Very few people were let in on details about the war and when it would occur. People who weren’t in the loop knew a war was coming soon, just not what month or when. For all Moon knew the war would start December.

Exactly why I joked about it, because it’s such a petty move and terrible idea that nobody would do it seriously.

I remember a year ago joking about taxing and having prots pay to be protected, didn’t think a year later Rose would seriously do this...

I’m gonna be the first to say it, this isn’t it chief. As much as I want to roll BC, I don’t see justifying burning an alliance for the idiocracy of the few. There’s plenty of good people in that alliance that don’t deserve it and the CB is non-existent. IQ has much better things to do than to kick someone while they’re down, but if they feel this is the right course of action then best of luck to both sides. Just don’t drag this out unnecessarily long, you’re only hurting them and yourself by doing so.

It’s easy attacking GoB, just attack between 1pm-4pm and 9pm-3am, they’re asleep between those hours. Or attack on Wednesday evenings or Sunday mornings since they’ll be at church. All jesting aside, best of luck to both sides! It’s been awhile since we’ve had a great war

Words cannot express the immense Feeling of pride my heart is consumed with for every post I read about GodFury on this forums. This pride can be comparable to a father watching his son grow into a better man than himself, a mother watching her daughter grow into a better, more powerful woman than herself, a parent watching their child grow into a better person for society than themselve. The feeling is that feeling of passing on the torch to your successor, helping someone who can not speak for themselves find the voice that roars like a lion and echos from all corners of the world. The feeling of protecting and nurturing a defenseless being that grows into a position of being able to protect themselves and others in their very position of the past. Some may say that Rose created this opportunity for GodFury or attempt to congratulate us for helping GodFury, but I still stand by firmly behind that Rose’s involvement with GodFury was nearly coincidental. Richard created all that we are witnessing today and it could’ve been any AA’s involvement or even no one’s involvement to create this moment we’re witnessing today. I speak for all of Rose in saying that we’re honored that Richard approached us seeking temporary asylum from KT and ET and then furthered our involvement by asking for a protection deal. GodFury has achieved milestones that micros can only dream of achieving within the timeframe they have. Their numbers grow everyday and their passion and dreams have never faltered during their journey. Congratulations on this first step into the world of AAs and I can’t wait to see what our future will hold for us as we continue this journey together. May GodFury’s passion never falter and may Rose continue to strive and innovate alongside GodFury. Long live GodFury and long live Rose!

I agree with this statement, if we're to argue and try to invalidate CBs of any kind, we're only setting up a perpetual stale state of the game. The recent trend of no globals and long times of peace is being fueled by this notion that you have to wait to nail a strong CB of war with someone before you're allowed to attack them. I hear people all the time complaining about no wars, then complaining about a war not having a valid or strong CB. Let people find their own reasoning for a CB and treat it as a valid reason, no matter if you agree with it or not. At the end of the day, this is a game for fun and it is a game called Politics and War, not Politics and Valid CBs.

Oof, I haven’t used my forum account in almost 3 years but I feel like it’s time I break out of my shell considering I am the FA Head and Co Lead of Rose. I would like to clear the air of any argument or confusion about us ending the treaty with WTF. This was decided because Dynamic and myself were reviewing treaties that were going to expire and WTF was up next, he asked if we should automatically propose another treaty and I advised that we send them a message about it and see where it goes. We sent a message and a week had passed, no response. I talked with some older members that had been in gov previously in Rose about WTF since I was only a member for almost 4 years in Rose. I was told that relations with WTF were great but both alliances had been growing apart and weren’t as communicative as before, which had been shown recently to be following this trend. So I advised Dynamic to send WTF a 72 hour notice that was will be cancelling the treaty and not renewing due to this trend of growing apart, different agendas and ideals, and lack of communication between our alliances. We only wish the best of luck to WTF and their future endeavors. We made a forum post in honor to our long history with WTF, not to cause an issue. To the nay sayers who like to slander Rose’s reputation by saying we didn’t come to WTF’s aid when TKR hit, don’t speak for other alliances you’re not a part of. We talked with WTF and agreed that Rose could not help in their situation due to us leading the front in the war against IQ. I don’t know any alliance that can fight off Acadia, NPO, BK, and Cornerstone and then be called a terrible ally because they couldn’t fight off TKR and tCW as well. I apologize to Nuke Bloc that they were struck at an inopportune time, and applaud TKR for strategically striking an alliance while their allies were tied. Lastly, don’t play the victim card apeman because you didn’t like getting rolled, just like when you struck Ockey from Oblivion, a Rose protectorate, then tried to blame Rose whenever we responded before the turn changed because you didn’t want to be rolled. You misrepresent Nuke bloc with your actions and embarrass Nuclear Knights with your tongue. You reap what you sow, so stop playing the victim card and using Rose as a scapegoat for your incompetence and start by helping your alliance in a more positive way.
