Interview with The Governor. After locking himself away in his private quarters for a week, The Governor has finally spoken out about the severed heads he kept in his office, and about the war with International Revolution. The Governor agreed to an interview here at Woodbury news. This interview took place on December 9th, 1997 Milton Mamet: "Hello, Governor. Nice to meet you." The Governor: "Nice to meet you, Milton." Milton Mamet: "Alright, well we have quite a few questions to ask you, so I'd say we should get this show on the road." The Governor: "Very well." Milton Mamet: "Well, as you probably know, the people of Woodbury are losing faith in your leadership. What do you have to say to those people who don't believe you are able to rule anymore?" The Governor: "I think people have gotten the wrong idea about me. I'm just a guy trying to do right by the people he cares about. Truth is, I didn't want any of this. I didn’t want to be the leader. But weak leadership kept showing up and that scared me and forced me to take action. The people, they chose me because there wasn't anyone else around. I know I'm the only man that can keep them safe because you have to go to extremes to do that." Milton Mamet: "You say you care about your people, and that you want to keep them safe; and yet you shot three protestors who were Woodbury citizens." The Governor: "The thing is, when you're the leader, you have to make tough calls. Those protestors I put down, they were traitors. Our intelligence found out that they were International Revolution Sympathizers, and had plans for domestic terrorism. You have to eliminate a threat before it becomes a threat." Milton Mamet: "So now the topic that everyone is wondering about; the heads. Why did you have severed heads in fish tanks hidden in your private office?" The Governor: "Those heads were from men I've killed in war. I took them as a reminder to always try the peaceful route, but also to remind me that peace can't always be achieved. That in war, it's kill or die. I made myself look at them... prepare me for the horrors of the world." Milton Mamet: "You do realize that because of those heads, a lot of citizens don't view you as the Hero of Woodbury anymore?" The Governor: "I know that everybody loves a hero, but I never claimed to be one. I told you, I'm just a guy tryin' to do right." Milton Mamet: "What about the war with International Revolution? How much longer will the conflict with them continue?" The Governor: "While the war does look like it's slowly waning, I can't say for sure how much longer it will last. But I assure the people of Woodbury, despite our cities being struck with several missiles, we have won every single battle against IR. Victory is close at hand." Missile launch on Terminus Woodbury citizens no longer trust The Governor On the dates of 10/30 03:39 PM and 10/31 08:36 AM, High Priest Kyoko of Puella-Magia launched two missiles upon Woodbury. The missiles landed in the city of Terminus and destroyed a large portion of infrastructure, killing hundreds of citizens. These missile launches are the first attacks on Woodbury soil, and have shaken the entire nation of Woodbury. Citizens are scared, and even wanting to flee the nation. To stop citizens from fleeing, The Governor ordered a state of emergency, an increase amount of guards on all the walls surrounding each of the nations cities; and has temporarily disallowed all civilian access in or out of said cities. Because of these new orders, Citizens have taken to the streets of Woodbury, Alexandria (Safe Zone), and The Hilltop Colony in protest. One protest was immediately cut short when The Governor himself shot and executed several of the protestors. On November 1 02:17 AM, a group of unidentified individuals snuck past the security of The Capital building, and into The Governors private office. The individuals searched through The Governors office and found a disturbing secret; Fish Tanks filled with decaying severed heads. The individuals took pictures of the fish tanks uploaded them to the internet. The individuals who uploaded the pictures are currently still at large. The Governor has locked himself away in his private office, and has yet to comment on the severed heads, or the continuing war with International Revolution.

Woodbury at War! SWF Surrenders to Mensa? On October 20th, The Socialist Workers Front declared war on International Revolution. A war that Woodbury leader "The Governor" supported. The forces of Woodbury, led by The Governor himself, marched into the nations of Eagleland and Puella-Magia. The war against International Revolution went well enough, however on October 21st, the next day, Mensa attacked all alliances of the Salus Bloc. While The Governor believed that the Salus bloc could overwhelm and defend against Mensa if they united their forces and coordinated together, the leader of SWF, Vassili Dovgan, disagreed. The Socialist Workers Front (As well as Odd Squad) folded and surrendered to the forces of Mensa. After the surrender, The Governor went on to say: "For the first time ever, I am ashamed of my alliance. Many members of our bloc were afraid when Mensa attacked. We all were, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't afraid. But Mensa are terrorists who use fear and force to get what they want! And what they want is what we have! What we all have worked so hard for! We're supposed to stand up against raiders and terrorists, not run away! This surrender is shameful." Whilst The Socialist Workers Front surrendered to Mensa, the war with International Revolution goes on.

I agree, it is sad. I think we could of lasted longer than a few hours. But that's just my opinion, and I'm not the leader of SWF. Oh well.

Hmm, alright. You've made some good points. Not much left I have to say on the matter. I just don't believe Open Carry/Conceal will instantly fix the mass shooting problem we have. It's was nice debating with you though.
