Canadian Armies continue to move accordingly to combat the British, Russians and the Americans.

 

Attacks on the USA continue, and Canadian troops capture the cities of Montpelier and Augusta (Vermont and Maine accordingly).

 

Canada sends the bodies of dead Maltan people, killed by normal Canadian citizens looking for somewhere to vent their anger and apologizes for the action's of their sometimes unruly people.

 

However, Prime Minsiter Eric and his military advisors anticipate defeat soon against 3 strong world powers.

 

Therefore, Canada proposes a surrender deal.

 

Britain gets the Maritimes and British Columbia.

The USA gets Ontario and Quebec.

Russia gets Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan. 

Canada will retain the Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut (3 territories with a population of 100,000.)

Maine and Vertmont will return as American provinces.

 

In return, we get to evacuate what is left of our small shattered military.

Our government officials get to escape, and Canada gets Government-In-Exile headquarters in Moscow, London and Washington D.C. Should the three warring powers accept to this plan, Canada's capital would become Whitehorse.

 

Also in return Russia, Britain and the USA must not declare war on Canada again, and protect what little is left of Canada and allow us to eat snow and build igloos in peace.

 

It is up to Russia, Britain and the USA to decide whether they will allow citizens from Occupied Canada to head back to what is left of Canada (if this deal proceeds) ,you can say no or yes.

The Austrian Defense Forces are working to secure the nation and assure people of their safety. To help with this the Austrian Government is continuing talks with Switzerland that will allow Swiss Humanitarians to help in Austria.

The Soviets would be willing to talk if the US was. Though, Moscow wasn't so interested in Canadian land, and would much rather that Canada drop all claims to Arctic waters in favor of the USSR, and that Canada agrees to not build nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons. The presence of Soviet observers will be required to ensure that this term is met.

 

Meanwhile, the Canadian cities of Surrey and Stewart would finally fall, an assault on Kelowna would begin. Soviet troops would also begin fighting their way up to Vancouver.

The United States accepts the deal with Canada. It's navy begins to move toward Gibraltar for a meeting with the British.

We also, on behalf of all its allies, declares a ceasefire while the deal is completed.

However, Canada believes that claims to the Arctic should still stay as Canada has a right to claim the Arctic... however Canada is willing to split the Arctic in half with Russia at the 180th latitude line thing and is willing to take the plan up to the United Nations together with Russia. In return Canada would still keep Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatechewan.

 

In a change of plans, Canada asks the British if they would settle for just Vancouver Island instead of all of British Columbia, and formerly Canadian waters that would turn to Britain if they took Vancouver Island. This proposal comes up as Canada would still like a dock on the West Coast - if Britain does not accept this deal then we will continue talking about it. Keep in mind that Britain will get all the Maritime provinces... and Canada also wants a place to fish too on the West Coast seeing as our East Coast fisheries will be taken away, otherwise we will be stuck with only maple syrup and wheat and no fish.

 

The USA now owns Ontario and Quebec.

The United States is shocked that Canada has reversed its proposed deal so quickly. It invites all nations involved to work on a new deal. It would like Canada to also be prevented from the construction of conventional missiles and asks that no secret talks be held.

Arab nations across the Middle East have mobilized for war against the new Jewish state.

In order to help secure a membership in the United Nations, the Maltese government sends several naval ships to the region to ensure Isreal's shiping lanes remain open and unblockaded. We will also try to prevent other nations from intervening from the water (Med side). We will work with the Isreali government to conduct shore bomdardments at their requests in order to help keep the aggressors in check. Unfortunately, Malta can only send in 2 squads of special forces personnel that will be under the direction of the Isreali military leadership until such time that the hostilities cease.

Canada agrees with Russia's plan, they can have the rectangle area thing that no one has claimed yet. (However Canada will not back out on what bit of the Arctic we're claimed atm)

 

The Canadian Prime Minister throws the newspaper concerning Israel into the garbage and laughs - we've got more to worry about right now.

 

Canada agrees to the USA's request for no secret talks but many Canadian citizens find the idea ironic seeing as the attack on Canada was planned via secret talks.

 

However, Canada does not support the USA's plan seeing as Russia has indicated that they have no interest for Canadian land, they only want us to abstain from using missiles, chems, biologicals and also back a claim to this rectangle area of the Arctic.

 

If Britain agrees to the plan for Vancouver Island and the Maritimes, then the peace talks are probably officially over!
