Hospitals can reduce the amount of soldiers who die in war.

The premise of this idea is very basic. If you have hospital in your nation, and you're in war, the hospital could essentially reduce the morality rate in a war by saving soldiers from death by healing them from injuries, etc.

How about instead of that, a Medical Corps? That would help prevent military deaths, very logical

Might make for a good National Project, or even just a perk.

are we getting nation perks?

No, Sheepy won't do it, even though it's on his To-Do-List

Peace will never be accomplished without war, but war cannot happen without peace.... or something like that idk

Good idea, though to add to it, maybe a number of soldiers will die during a war each turn from disease if based on your disease rate of each city. This would encourage nations to set up more barracks on cities with lower pollution rates and disease.
