Erin
It is sort of tedious having to calculate and type out the numbers each time when I want to restock my barracks/factories/etc, and I'm sure it would be refreshing for all parties involved to be able to make it easier on themselves in wartime. With this in mind, I submit my request for a button that automatically recruits the maximum number of possible units for you, based on hard capacity cap/population level/cost. Edit 2: This wouldn't necessarily be a button that queues up unit recruitments for the next turn; in general it'd just recruit when you go to the recruitment page, so for Markides' example you'd click to recruit 40 tanks and the next turn you'd recruit 0 tanks despite making more steel. Queuing might be nice, though. Edit: Er, whoops, wrong forum. Please move this, mods. Edited February 4, 2015 by Erin
El Commander
I like this. Maybe you could have a button that could be used during wartime that keeps buying soldiers to the max until you max out or disable it? 2 Quote <ni431> oh my <ni431> something moved in my pants <Kurdanak[Rose]> sorry, that was me <Kurdanak[Rose]> carry on * jack3top slaps Melisandre around with a large fishing trout <Melisandre> The !@#$ was that for <Melisandre> Noeryu was showing you porn, not me <jack3top> for raping me just now
Anneal
I like this. Maybe you could have a button that could be used during wartime that keeps buying soldiers to the max until you max out or disable it?But what if you run out of the resources to max out some military units (tanks, ships, aircraft)? Does the system automatically disable or max out based on the resources you have, then constantly use up those resources each turn? (ex: You need 50 tanks for your max, but you only have 40 steel. You use up all that steel with the max system to build 40 tanks. Since you make 3 steel per turn, you use up that steel each turn, having the max system on, to build 3 tanks each turn until it reaches the max.) Shellhound
"Enlistment (Now/Total) 0 / 60,000" This tells you exactly how many you can recruit. Just enter in whatever the first number is and that's the max you can recruit at that time.

I was thinking along the lines that you'd just click it when you want to recruit; it wouldn't necessarily queue up any future recruiting, but that might be nice. So you would click it once when you want to restock your factories, in your example, and bam, 40 tanks. Next turn, 0 tanks until you click the button again. Sorry I didn't make it very clear. We could as well have a "win game" button. I'm terribly sorry that you feel so offended by my polite suggestion that the game be slightly more user-friendly. Would you like a tissue? Perhaps this will suffice. Edited February 4, 2015 by Erin

Atzuya
Maybe we should just remove the production limit indicator entirely and punish people when they put in too many in their production This is a nifty idea, +

You could have a field which is like "minimum resource stockpile" So for example if you make tanks and set it to 100, itll stop making tanks once your steel reaches 100, and start again when you exceed that number.
