Allow for decimal points in alliance tax rates

I think one decimal point in alliance tax rates should be allowed.

For example, if you thought a 10% tax was too low but 15% too high, you could go with 12.5% instead of having to do 12 or 13, which is awkward.

I’m sure you know what I mean by this. When setting alliance tax brackets, you can’t enter 12.5 or else it says “enter a number.” I’d like to be able to tax 12.5% or something like that if I see fit.

This is a weird suggestion. Nothing in terms of monetary value would change much with this and it’s bound to cause or create new bugs in the future. There have been so many bugs revolving around alliance banks/tax brackets that I think that warrants leaving it alone unless it’s extremely needed.

The difference this would provide is almost negligible enough to the point of being purely cosmetic. I'm not exactly against it, but it's kind of pointless if you ask me.
