[Bug Fix/QOL] Alliance Tax Bracket Display

Howdy, ran into a few irritations with working with Tax Brackets earlier today.

First off, main bug. Removed members still show on the tax bracket, even though they are not in the alliance. I do not know whether they're still taxed. Regardless, I hope you can see the obvious issue here - this has something to do with the alliance positions because it appeared when the new aa position changes were pushed live (maybe have a clause that says (if (alliance-position < 1) (do not display) (display))? Or just alternatively have them removed from the roster of members and draw tax brackets based on the members/applicant page (for verification)

2 - A possible QOL change that would help a bit. While looking through brackets is fine because you can sort, I'd like to suggest some kinda search feature so you can find what specific tax bracket someone is on. Obviously this is more a UI type thing, but it has a good chance of helping.

I believe applicants still show in tax brackets. That is, members who are put in a bracket then get applicanted still show. It is not possible to add new applicants to brackets.

Ngl, I kind've liked this feature. Saved me the pain of changing brackets of members who had been inactive and just came back from being app'd 🙃

100% agree, issue is that it shows folks that were removed as well, so you'll have people in the "None" alliance randomly clogging up your tax bracket if you remove em fully from the alliance.
