"The Russian Winter that killed 50,000 last year even with proper housing and heating will return again this year. Like Napoleon, Hitler, and Gustav of Sweden, The Soviets will cower and fall behind Mother Russia. However, the innocent people of Russia will die in the thousands, and millions. Nearly 24 million Russians are displaced along the Borders of Rokkenjima and Sweden as well as internally between Russia. The UDAC Hq in St. Petersburg has been depleted in its effort in helping keep Russia afloat, with the remaining UDAC Hq's in aid of Syria, Meonesia, and Disaster relief in East Asia. If Russia is willing to agree we can transport 10,000 people before winter begins and move them to the Britannian Colony in Turkey where they will be given proper heating, housing, and food. We only as that Russia allows the Britannian planes which will do the transporting to remain secure.
