Chernigov takes Constantinople

Just a quick update, Chernigov now owns Constantinople, however, the region is considered autonomous due to it's cultural differences from the rest of the Empire.The city has been made the official seat of the Patriarch of Constantinople and leader of the Chalcedonian Faith. All trade is still permitted, and even promoted with foreign nations. We are leasing ports in the city, so don't miss out! (Yes, I have been planning this out for a while.)
