Marcus Dewinter
Shinji Mitsunari named Chairman of the Communist Party of Japan In a show of unity the Communist Party of Japan announced Shinji Mitsunari has accepted the post of Chairman of the Peoples Republic of Communist Japan. This announcement comes as the party has began to pick up the pieces from the 13 Year Civil War. Chairman Shinji Mitsunari stood before the Peoples Assembly and announced his plans for the future of Communist Japan. "First, we must rebuild our war torn nation, we just begin to rebuild our lives, our dreams and our future one day at a time." The Communist Party of Japan has announced plans to begin increasing its domestic production as well as begin to rebuild failed infrastructure using what materials it can to rebuild homes, schools, hospitals, and police stations to ensure the safety and security of the people of Communist Japan. Peoples Revolutionary Army deployed in capital for security The Peoples Revolutionary Army has been deployed to Tokyo to act as the Police Force until a new police force can be established by the Communist Party of Japan. The capital has been placed on Martial Law Status and a Curfew is in effect from 9pm to 5am on week days and from 11pm to 5am on weekends. The Peoples Revolutionary Army has the power of arrest but require special authorization before the use of any lethal force. The PRA asks that all citizens please obey all posted laws and rules while out in the city and to report any problems to their local patrol unit. Marcus Dewinter
Housing for Citizens priority Trucks carrying medical, food, and water have been moving through the streets of Tokyo all day Government Assistance Centers have been set up through the capital. Along with this Military Engineers have been using Heavy Transports to move in shipping containers into former housing sections of the city and have started making homes from left over shipping containers. These containers once retrofitted can hold a family of 3 to 4 with ease. The Communist Party of Japan has stated that of all the materials these would be the cheapest and most efficient use of said containers which had been stockpiled on several docks in and around Tokyo. The containers can also be stacked and placed side by side to effectively increase the amount of people in one area. Already over 49 containers have been moved in and half of those have been retrofitted thanks to the Military Engineers and several independent engineers. "We are happy to finally have a home that we can call ours, even if it may not be ideal it is better then not having a roof at all," stated a young man as he moved his few items into the newly retrofitted home. The Communist Party of Japan is hoping that they can bring 45 or more in a day and have most of them retrofitted per day, with crews working around the clock to not only clear out the wreckage and retrofit the shipping containers to be homes and eventually possibly schools. Marcus Dewinter
Peoples Revolutionary Army regains control of Kyoto The Peoples Revolutionary Army recently deployed forces into the city of Kyoto in an attempt to establish control. The citizens of Kyoto met the PRA with open arms as Government Assistance Teams entered the city along with Military Engineers to begin rebuilding the war torn city. Trucks have already started moving in supplies such as Medical supplies, food and water into the area. With the establishment of Kyoto as a viable city the PRA has managed to acquire new facilities such as the Oil Power Plant, Oil Wells, and several Markets. The PRA has also established a Barracks in the area for housing for its expanding troops. "We are making large strides in rebuilding our nation, every town and city the PRA enters is another town or city that we are able to help. Unfortunately there are those out there that are still holding out. Those that were former members of the Imperial Guard as well as their supporters have attempted several times to stop our aid effort to the people of the harder hit area's but despite that the PRA has been able to move our troops and aid supplies through." stated Ground Commander Kenji Mubari. Thalmor
Upon the announcement of Communist Japan being established, King Thalmor reportedly threw into a fit. He flipped over a table, and continuously exclaimed ''Damn commies!'' over and over again for half an hour. Afterwards, he tasked the government with setting up formal relations. ...Thus, the Kingdom of The Evenstar now wishes to open an embassy with Communist Japan. Marcus Dewinter
Shinji Mitsunari announces World Trade Agreement signed In his first of several new bills proposed by the Peoples Assembly and voted upon Chairman Shinji Mitsunari has signed the first new law to take effect immediately. The World Trade Agreement opens the boarder of Communist Japan to the world for trade. "This will bring about new resources and good to our country as well as to allow us to export to the world our goods as well." stated a member of the People Assembly. The bill passed with 18 votes for and 5 votes against. Those that opposed the bill stated they feared that entering the world market too soon could allow Capitalist and Fascist to gain a market foothold in the nation. Despite this fear however the majority felt it was time to open the seaports back up again and to start importing resources that Communist Japan can not make on its own as well as using its Oil and Gasoline as tools to expand its global market. "I think the answer here is to remain cautions and aware of the influence that comes with trade agreements like these and to seek out trade with those that think close enough to our idealism that we don't have to worry about possible influences entering our nation. We also hope that our new found friends will seek out our goods in exchange for resources we do not have here." Chairman Shinji Mitsunari stated after signing the bill. Embassy Square established just outside Peoples Assembly for all diplomats In the recent months following the announcement of the unification of Japan under Communist rule the Peoples Republic of Communist Japan has received many requests for embassies to be sat up within its nation. This led to the Peoples Assembly voting unanimously to set aside sections of land just inside Tokyo for several Embassy buildings to be built. Of the expected 15 buildings that are to be built 6 are now ready for nations to move in. The others are expected to be completed within the year. Should these buildings be filled there is expectations that the Peoples Assembly will file to have more land sat aside for up to 10 more embassy buildings. The buildings currently located on "Embassy Row" each have their own walls and gates as well as security stations that can be filled with the nations security force when they are filled. They have been fitted with the finest luxuries offered in Communist Japan. The Peoples Revolutionary Army patrols outside the walls and gates and monitor the road leading in and out of Embassy Row. "We want visiting diplomats to feel safe and secure as well as for them to feel at home. Each embassy and diplomat will be given a team of Liaisons to help them while they are in our nation as well as to coordinate between the Peoples Assembly and the Diplomats," Senior Staff member Mino Kawsaki stated in a press release. It is unclear who will get the spots as of right now but it is expected soon that the Peoples Assembly will vote on who will fill these embassies as they open up. 1 Quote The Constitutional Republic of Valorn Consort to the Queen: Marcus Dewinter

It is expected to pass soon. Once passed you will be notified and you will be given access to Tokyo Airport and your Ambassador will be shuttled via protection of the PRA to your embassy where your security team can set up and have their equipment dropped off. A Liaison Officer will be by to work with your Ambassador. Let us know your trade deal and I am sure the Peoples Assembly will be more accepting. Currently our economy is still growing so we doubt we can afford to buy all 20 of the Leopard DR2-7's however we would like to buy at least 10 of them if the price is right. We hope this is a good first step in increasing our economic and military ties.
