The Caliph Abu Haddad Madafi'il Muminoon has decided that his commonwealth is too imperial and westernised. He has decided to reform it. The reformations include. The Constitution: The Quran and Hadeeth All provinces of the caliphate will be renamed from their current format into Wilyat of the Caliphate. Power has been decentralised from the caliph who still has executive power. Each Wilayat will be ruled by a Wali who is chosen by the caliph. The House of representatives will consist of all the imams and scholars alive who will advise the caliph. Each Department will be looked over by a Wazir (minister) The Treasury will be looked over over by a wali as well Abu Haddad has also opted for a name change. From henceforth he will be called.
