Thalmor
Okay, so here's some context: A lot of militias and other armed groups in the Middle East will post these types of videos. In them, they'll be playing Jihadi music, it will show an explosion, and the group's flag or symbol will be in the corner of the screen somewhere. And, as in most of them, there will be Muslims shouting Allahu Akbar. These videos are used as propaganda, and as a way to get funding from outside sources by showing they're actually doing something. The video OP posted is a Christian parody of that. It has Christian music (That song is particular is one of my favorite, Palästinalied, which is a German poem) it has clips of Crusader phrases (Ave Marie / Deus Vult compared to Allah Akbar), and in the corner, the Flag of Jerusalem (as it was during the Crusades) is in the corner. It's actually really funny to those who understand it, but most who watch it probably wouldn't get it. The second one is better, in my opinion, because there's a wider variety of phrases: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-jVQlJf9Fk
