Caliph Abu Haddad of the Islamic State of Arabia declares, A jizya tax to be imposed on all non-islamic peoples. The jizya of $2,000 a year includes different benefits for the remaining non muslims 1) Exemption from military service, 15 year service to be spent in manufacturing industry 2) Free travel within their internment camps. 3) Conversion or deportation to a country of their choosing if they fail to pay. 4) Protection from ultra-radicals in Arabia The new Jizya law brought in by the Shura council and signed by Caliph Abu Haddad on January 16th 2000 It also includes 1) Any attempt of dissent by any signatories of the jizya shall raise the tax by 500% for 5 years. 2) Non-Islamic non signatories of the jizya shall be deported, convert to Islam or face upto 5 years imprisonment before forced deportation. 3) Socialists are included in the new Jizya bill Amendment I A1) All diplomats wether muslim or not are included in the jizya. their respective nations must pay for diplomatic immunity A2) Those unable to pay shall face conversion or 15 years labour in return for Jizya. Any diplomatic officials wether muslim or not are included in the bill. The LSRP (Lesser Sunni Radical Party) has proposed another amendment that those unable to pay can serve 15 years of labour in return for jizya The Council is debating the law.
