  1. Things like this is what ruins games and communities. I am grateful to have met you Freya.
  2. So, am I missing something here? I could have swore what you quoted was about Cynic robbing the bank and him blaming Kev for the leaks. Wait.. Kev is a Cynic multi!
  3. Couldn't agree more with you. The biggest problem with mircos is that too many people run out and start one without having any knowledge of the world they are in. So people who join them enter into a black hole that sucks the enjoyment of the game from them. That's is exactly why we took our time in organizing and creating plans to help us make it through. RH, nor myself, are no strangers to this game and others like it. My reasoning for helping him in this adventure is that it fulfills my desire do something new (to me) and to help newer players along in their journey with hope that they have the same love for this game that we do. We didn't want to start a new alliance with a dozen of other players since it wouldn't allow the newer ones the chance to create and shape their own culture. That is part of why some players lose interest. When you join a big alliance it can be intimidating and impersonal. Some tend to feel like mindless drones or lost. All we do is fill a need for those players while being experienced and organized well enough to teach them the ways of Orbis.
  4. Rome wasn't built in a day. We know how much work will be required in order to achieve any success in this world and as long as we follow our plan and have patience there is little need to be concerned.
  5. Most of those questions are better answered by BC. All I can offer is my perspective. If we fail to meet the expectations laid out by the treaty, and BC, than really we don't deserve to exist. It is why I have no concern with the merge clause. The problem with many mircos is that they exist way longer than necessary.
  6. An honorable mention. Give them 3 weeks, tops.
  7. Sure it will not stop the flow of new players into the alliance since they tend to flock to the top 10 alliances but it does effect the likelyhood of older, more experienced players going there. Which is something Pantheon lacks. Even the old guys that was there during my short time was few in numbers and minus one person was completely useless in actually helping train the next generation. The biggest thing this action does is burn political capital which greatly outweighs Empy's wet dream of returning to the number one slot. Don't get me wrong they have tS which ensures they have support but happens next war when they have a real opponent that can knock them around? Alliances will be less likely to support them if its viewed that they hit the easy button last war while they had burned. I am willing to bet that there are leaders on "their" side shaking their heads at this. Even though they know that Pantheon was lined up to hit another alliance that fell through. So yes they should be concerned about it. In order to play the game you have to think long term and with the ultimate goal of being the top alliance one day means you have to keep targets off your back until you actually achieve said goal.
  8. Didn't you spend time in TKR before returning to play savior? So I'm unsure how you can try and take the moral high ground when you are just as guilty. Attacking a protectorate is all well and fine by me, when its relatively even size but you willingly agreed to put a 170 nation alliance down on mircos. Although, I'm shocked that you took the easy win without considering the fact that it makes Pantheon look just as pathetic as people say. Which to me is a shame because there are a ton of good talented people there who have to deal with poor leadership. Ah discord drama in a war. What a shocking offense. Let's pretend Pantheon didnt do it's fair share.
  9. That doesnt mean you know much about them.
  10. Oh... you'll learn more about Pantheon soon enough.
  11. It's best to import food. Farms dont produce enough at small sizes. There is a global alliance war right now.
  12. When you form an alliance that doesn't end in you getting coup'd, I'm sure they will consider it.
  13. Welcome to the game. Do me a favor and annoy Auctor for me.
  14. As much as I want to agree with you and say it's a brilliant idea. I just don't believe it is necessary. Most of the big players barely announce anything so it's not like any of us are missing much by the mirco nonsense. Sure, I can definitely go without hearing about a 2 vote election but the Second coming spy stuff was sorta entertaining. It should also be remembered that so many of these "relevant" alliance topics just turn into a "whose more salty debate".
  15. Shadow threatened so I guess that's the exception.
