Maybe not internally, but externally. Your friends have let you down, and its up to NPO to decide which allies are deadweight. NPO for the first phase of war did well, however BK could rely on its allies to help, NPO can't. There have been three times where Gov has actively asked us to be on at update since I have joined, 1 for the opening blitz and 2 this war for double buys to help tie up NPO/UPN. We have large activity because people want to fight. We purge 30+ people a month for not being active, so it is possible.

Based off what I saw it was beyond apparent that no one in HBE understands how war works. Don't kid yourself and pretend your crappy alliance matters at all in Orbis as a whole. You got off lucky with a white peace, don't pretend otherwise.

Do YOU care about your members? Because it sure doesn't seem like it based off of NPO's gov lack of willingness to stand down after they led their members to slaughter.

So if you were in BK's position now last war what would you asked for? Would you just have let everyone go on their merry way with no punishment?

And you hit us for no reason this time, so maybe next time make sure you can win a war you start.

We are? Does NPO seriously not think BK has leverage because we were dog-piled in the first round of the war?

I think this is one of the key misunderstandings of TFP. You need to understand that you give no problems to Test. Your existence does not matter at all to them, and they do not want to find a diplomatic solution. They are destroying because they can. This is a situation of might makes right. I understand that you guys have values as an alliance, but you must also realize that those values are not respected at all in Orbis, so no-one is going to stick up for you. If Test wants to humiliate you guys there is nothing you can do about, simply because they are stronger than you.

May I ask how you would get Test to accept these terms? They have made it clear they don't want your money, and you guys don't really seem to have any negotiating leverage (and as time goes on this only becomes more true). This makes it seem like your only options if Test doesnt play ball is to fight to ZI or accept the dishonorable terms.

So what would TFP consider a "honorable peace"?

It all depends on what your alliance is composed of. It buys 71 city 7's (the last city that BK fully pays for). That is a lot of growth potential.

The point of huge reps is to help the winning defenders rebuild after the aggressors lost a war without a CB. Do you honestly our side should let them off scott free? Do you think if Pacacovenent had won the Pacifica War there would have been no reps?

Honestly this one wasn't on you guys. UPN did not show up to fight, and HBE didn't do much either. If UPN had been better prepared (fully built up, not trickling in hours/days after initial declarations, etc) it would have allowed Polaris to swing at someone else. Instead you had 4 vs 1 with 2 of your biggest mid tier alliances wrapped up with BK. I am not going to say that we were close to coming back on our own, and we definitely owe a lot to our allies, but BK could still tie you guys up and act as a meat-shield while our allies finished up their fronts. Also you guys need to figure out war chests because most people we saw were very low on most resources.

Well considering you have been rolled twice, lost your most powerful ally, and lost over half your alliance due to internal problems, I am having trouble understanding how UPN is some great beacon of stability. And the wars you have been you have not been ready at all, implying that it wasn't even your idea to begin with. Seems to me like you guys are on Roq's wild ride and have not realized it would be best to get off yet.

Honestly I think they believe BK to be lapdogs because you guys protected us and somehow TKR is subservient to us. Thats not how I look at protectorates though, and I think it stifles the game to view protectorates as slaves you can grow to serve an alliances ends. I hope Resplendent and OWR grow to become a top 10 alliance someday, and while obviously we are friendly with them and hope to continue that, if they decide that once they are large enough that being aligned with BK no longer serves their goals so be it.The same can be said for the other sides protectorates as well, as more major alliances means a more dynamic political game as well as more trade, larger wars, etc. I honestly don't understand what your point is. I understand I am not autonomous in real life but I just want to see the evidence for t$ controlling BK in any capacity beyond the influence a strong ally would have.

Ok then give examples of BK not having autonomy. I know your side likes to paint a picture of t$ domination so lets give some examples of this grand conspiracy. Last I checked t$ wasn't even an initial target in the war.

As if UPN has had any control over its foreign or internal affairs in the last 6 months.
