Based on this and previous threads I think that: 1:You need to take like 20 steps back and realized it’s a game, and a vassal/knight rp fits entirely in the scheme of a game. 2: You’re so deep in your biases that you are diving off the deep end. If people felt mistreated they would leave, simple as that. BK runs much more hands off its protectorates than several other aas, but you wouldn’t know anything about that. 3: What theme of thread can we get tomorrow? We’ve had “brave beautiful Bk” and “BK literally enslaves people”, so we need a good one. I suggest we talk the orphans I slap or puppies I kick, we need bigger.

Or perhaps some people just like BK? If you leave the forum circle jerk behind it’s almost like we’re not as reviled as every call out thread would have you believe. Wow this thread has been an eye opener. I never realized how problematic my behavior has been. I’d like to first offer an apology to all of orbis for both ruining the game and literally having slaves. KT has informed me only the second is ok, but not both. But I do see this issue here and would like to offer several personal apologies. First, I’d like to apologize to shifty and @Dusty, my current slaves. I know being under BK’s boot has been horrible for your alliances and their growth, and can only imagine the victimization you feel. I’d also like to apologize to @Elijah Mikaelson, @Sval, @Khai Jäger, @KiWilliam, and @Epi. Your slavery goes beyond even the current slaves, as you internalized it. Your Stockholm Syndrome became so advanced you (un)willingly signed BK after. We all know there is zero gains in signing BK, and any free folk would run as far as possible. I will also apologize to @TheNG, @Malal, and @Alexio15. We may not even be signed but regardless I personally make you clean BK’s boots with your tongue daily. Truly disgusting. Finally and most significantly I would like to apologize to @Sir Scarfalot. It is apparent that BK is on his mind so much that we have mentally enslaved him. It is disgusting how my slaver abilities are so effective I can mentally enthrall an enemy during a war. Does my evil have no bounds? I will reiterate how sorry I am for both myself and BK. Going forward I promise to explicitly stick with ruining the game, the slaves can always come later.

They actually were though. KETOG through a wrench in the plans and we decided it would be better to wait and grow, especially since we heard rumors of Chaos instability and the possibility for a shifting landscape. The logs were obviously old, we were planning for NR and TF lmfao, so pretending that was planned during the war is disingenuous.

This is just an objectively stupid argument. So protectorates can’t sign MDPs with their protector? What’s the point then? I don’t think they would claim to be as powerful as BK, but the point of a bloc is to pool power with the sum being greater then its parts. You could make arguments all day on how citadel would stack up against a top alliance, but there’s no argument that citadel is greater than the individual alliances it is composed of. Vanguard got a lot more bad press than it deserved l, and was hardly the puppet it was made out to be. There was only one time in its entire history that IQ did what I would consider an “intervention”, and that was only when Vanguard was unknowingly walking into a bad position. As for being required to cluster around one main power, and smaller bloc would be stupid not to have at least one connection to someone else. Small blocs get eaten up real quick on orbis. BK being in the bloc itself would not give them any less of the accusations they are already getting of being puppets. Have to find him first. He was last seen getting off a plane in Serbia with only a knife and a picture.

As for Citadel, all I see is everyone moving the goalposts. They get shit on for being protected by BK, and now that they are taking steps to be more independent they might as well admit they rely on BK to exist? Pretty sure the point of protecting an alliance is to develop future partners, so for the expectation to be to drop the alliance that protected you just to prove a point is ludicrous. That’sBait.gif
