I only included alliances from the top 30 at the time of this post. I didn't include, however, AAs from the top 30 that were created recently, since there isn't enough time to make a decent assessment of those. I'd like for people to be as honest as possible, so this doesn't turn into a "Which alliance do you hate the most?" poll. Feel free to leave any comments.

My bad! But then I'm not sure GPA started the war with 100 members. I had noticed it said 100 in the "Alliance" section, right before the war started. Idk how many people were in VM at the time tho. Still a considerable membership loss!

GPA started the war with a combined score of 171 / 172k and 100 members, if I'm not mistaken. Mensa started the war with like 114k combined NS. That's all I'm able to tell you.

TEst didn't start attacking GPA in block, quite far from it, actually. Only a few TEst members had declared on GPA before Jaguar and Odin got hit. And they were attacked by 2 GPA gov members. I know TEst was building up, but I don't think attacking 2 nations that hadn't declared on GPA is very neutral.

Basically what Under just said. Sparta's leader just attacked a GPA member. By that logic, GPA members could attack any Sparta nation now...

TEst didn't officially DoW GPA (only a few separate TEst nations attacked GPA). So it can't be described as alliance vs alliance war. Yet GPA members are attacking 2 TEst members (Jaguar and Odin) who hadn't declared on GPA. Green Enforcement Agency confirmed.
