For real? Even before my time as a moderator threads were being closed like this - this isn't any type of new practice. In this particular case - which is the 2nd case relating to the Alpha events happening in Orbis - the thread had ran its course. There is no amount of arguments you could compile against my argument there. The general rules of play here are to follow the dialogue of the OP - the dialogue of the OP was answered and sustained through - what? - the first 1-2 pages, anything after that is a shit storm of folly back and fourth which does not follow the dialogue of the OP. Hence the close. Like I said in the last post - feel free to make more threads (IC) related to the Alpha events happening in the world, but stay within the dialogue of the OP. I work proactively not reactively. When I feel a thread is either at its tipping point, inappropriate, etc...it will get a warn in thread, certain members will be warned, and lastly it will be closed. I believe all of those were done in this particular thread. Hence the Job title - Moderator - I moderate. Quite clearly I am open to suggestions for future Moderations and obviously the community can share them here or by shooting me a message. I think I can justly say that I am a very fair Moderator in this community and I'm always up for a chat. Thanks.

I mean thats like saying if you have intel on a war coming...can you share it? Of course you can. People have been doing that this whole war and have been doing it since games like this have started. When you delve deeper into the nation ruler through means of finding the rulers RL identity, thats what Lelouch was talking about. As long as it is all IC/In-game material and not OOC. You're fine.

That is true as well. RP is great with words/imagination......not sure if people want to add in all the math and calculations of battle units. We can let this sit tho and gain more comments.

Unfortunately, I do not see anything fruitful coming out of this thread any longer. I was hoping you guys would change the course. In understanding the tensions in this war - I ask that both parties take a step back to cool off and attack later in a more constructive way. For now, thread is locked.

I think this has potential - as I am one that believes 'big media' keeps things away from certain communities. Being from the US and being 'in the know' as part of my profession, I know that there is a huge amount of information that is left out of the general public. As far as this topic goes, I will leave it open as long as it stays on the current track of information sharing. As soon as it steps off that track it will be closed. Keep it positive.

People of NAT RP. As you know, we are working on changing the RP so that it is more efficient. The team is brought together and we will be rolling out soon with the new plans. Posts like above, which were reported and dealt with will no longer be a problem for us.

This is an open discussion forum. No warns have been issued. #gg In addition to that - I know this is a "sort of" appeal. I just want to ask the community to add in as much evidence as they personally know. (not what you found on the internet) I am not an expert in this type of topic, so I would like to see the general consensus....and I believe I speak for the rest of the Moderation/Admin team on that too.

How about this. If you are active, serious about RP, and have no prior warns for RP related posts, shoot me a message.

'ight. Just trying to see if there is a way this RP can be organized so that people are not violating rules. It is hard for a mod to know who owns what property and also issue warns if someone is "invading" rightfully or not. I'd ask that if a member in RP is doing something against the rules, you guys who are serious about RP will report that post.
