  1. I wanted to make a pun involving the word "inquisition", but this dragged on so long I forgot what it was.
  2. Also, we should only be able to be logged on for five minutes a day.
  3. No, it's just a statement of fact. Or restatement, actually.
  4. Hey Roq - I totally beiged you! Literally minutes after three guys attacked you! I wasn't even planning on it; it just happened perfectly.
  5. Look guys, we'll discuss peace if you accede to several terms. The first term is still being worked out, but the phrase "Viceroy Olorin" makes a surprise appearance.
  6. Huh, wasn't expecting a straight response. Yeah, I'd probably join up if I wasn't in t$. Templars, Hospitalers, Teutonic Knights, Knights of Saint Lazarus, Knights of Saint Stephen, that stuff's catnip to me. And not for those reasons, I just like crusading orders. Someone needs to form a Hashashin-themed Alliance.
  7. Love the theme, but Weak. Full Papalism or nothing.
  8. We don't appear to be superlative at taking or avoiding damage. t$: the alliance that disappeared into the night.
  9. "considering what I've heard about you." Reconsider your sources, my dear friend. "A lot of the alliances that attacked you were successfully countered or at least held at bay enough for you to do well." Passive voice, eh? They were countered and held at bay in part thanks to our efforts. Yes, we have very good allies who saved us. That's only fair, considering more than one alliance attacked us. Well, that's the other half of things. You seem to be conceding that our allies are better than yours, which leads me to the next point: "Being able to mobilize during a war and do well isn't the end-all-be-all of activity." No, there's also diplomacy. We're good at that too, as you tacitly admitted.
  10. Are you sure you shouldn't be enjoying the last time anyone uses you as an "authority", regardless of context?
  11. So what you're saying is that t$ isn't paying attention right now. Say, hypothetically, we come out ahead here. What's that say about you?
  12. Hey, you can't just skip out on CLOWN COLLEGE! LOLMAO
  13. It's only gonna get nicer from here; after the war, the mid-tier scrub we make viceroy of Lordaeron will force them to be polite.
  14. This is a very nice post in a very mean thread.
  15. Yeah, thanks a bunch for defecting to your stupid alliance for ugly turncoats and not even inviting me.
  16. Syndicate doing good. Better than I would have thought. It must be because of their brilliant, handsome players.
  17. This is a good day I'm having. I'm feeling very relaxed, and posting here has been very enjoyable. Thank you Pride, for initiating this dialogue.
  18. Short answer is way, way fewer deaths. Might as well look at WWII, compare Allied war crimes against Axis POWs to Axis war crimes against Allied POWs. Anyway, theorize that an "ordered society" that "distributes surplus" has to resort to barbaric methods to do so, resulting in atrocious human costs.
  19. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_killings_under_Communist_regimes Now this is more empirical than theoretical.
  20. I'm trying to give this a moralistic flavor. Didn't work, apparently.
  21. One worthy aim in beating TEst is to prevent what happened in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways): the withdrawal of every top tier nation in the game into a superalliance no one can touch. We have to nip this in the bud, now.
  22. I know. I was trying to make a pompous sounding statement about it.
  23. Wait, did you guys join in and I missed that. Edit: Serious question.
  24. Mock this late entry all you want, but the Syndisphere has manpower and material reserves, while TEst and her allies have none. Soon the enemy will be compelled to stop fighting.
