That is an interesting topic of debate. De jure no. De facto somewhat. On the other hand T$ has similar treaties with the OO members and they aren't members of the OO. And when it was around there were probably people treatied with both Paragon members who weren't Paragon members.

As everything important CS does takes a couple days to vote on I am pleased to say we have finally come to the conclusion that we will continue our tradition that dates back to the Proxy War which to be rolled for the sake of our allies and will promptly join in to fight alongside BK. Nah. That guy was just sent in to distract BK while we move up some weapons of dank destruction to hit them with next week. We needed someone expendable. Do note that, despite our willingness to use WDDs, we will not be violating any chemical warfare agreements since we have come to the conclusion that at least 70% of the standard BK member is made of dank gas thus those weapons would be useless.

By simple virtue of them being such an old alliance and the fact that they held the #1 position for sometime definitely the fall the GPA. Second would be how we threw the world into a complete famine for the sake of our own amusement in the Silent War... I think it reflects well on our humanity or lack thereof, and the charity efforts that were organized for it (as inefficient as they probably were) are another good reflection.

I do agree, they can start in that by not claiming a larger alliance is protecting them without that alliance's consent. It just doesn't make you any friends and gives the other side a headache. (any statement I give unless otherwise noted is not an official statement of our government, I'm just griping)

After repeated warnings Cornerstone hereby formally disavows all actions undertaken by the alliance known as Guardians of Scotland. We have never been a protector of this alliance and while we were friendly and gave them some aid and others joked about joining their wars the idea of actually taking them on as a protectorate was voted down due to their behavior months ago. They have refused our offers of compromise that would give them protectorate status which includes not starting offensive wars and no raiding. Therefore we notify all alliances of Orbis that we do not protect them nor associate with them and no longer give them any form of aid and have not for a while. We wish GOS luck in their affairs.

I do agree. It is entertaining to look down on the micros scurrying around fighting their wars... We are pretty much gods. Now then *ahem* MAIM! KILL! BURN! MAIM! KILL! BURN!

Truly a good war. Shout out to Deja, Jaon, Wredfar, and Kriegskoenig from Polaris. It was one of the most intense fights I had.

As a member of the Christian Coalition of Countries from (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways) Cornerstone which is explicitly stated to be the CCC's successor I do agree. I find the idea of old alliances immigrating over to other games to be great and shows their history but not much more than that.

I am actually quite sad to see them go. Such an old alliance going away is always a sad thing. So yeah crying shame but best of luck.

Found it. August 19th. So no the CS-Ameristar protectorate treaty was shorter, December 18th 2015 to January 7th 2016. I would say the shortest I know of would be the CS-SD protectorate treaty, July 7th-July 16th 2016. Granted that one ended with SD getting dissolved. Ameristar soon went the same way I believe.
