It's on all pages I've been on for about 3-4 days.

On nation maps, you should have, in the top left corner, the zoom in/out button, and in the top left, the fullscreen button, but recently over the past few days, they've been missing. However, as I was looking into this, I found that when you hover your mouse where the buttons should be, the mouse changes from the arrow thingy to the pointing finger thingy like it should, and when you click, the intended purpose of the button works. I don't think Alex would (or maybe even could) hire a bunch of translators, and he would have to opt for google translate or something. I used to play a game that had to do such, and I don't think he could keep up the censorship (apparently son is an curse word in Mandarin because a certain imbecile repeatedly called everyone he hated son).

Also noticed it spikes in severity around in-game day change. Mid-game day I get 1 or 2, after day change I get an absurd number like 26.

It's not a result of multiple PnW windows open, it happens to me with just one.

Oh, so that's what happened...

I do a combination of commerce and resources. If you do one city full commerce and the rest a mix of resources + commerce, you should be good (it's what I do, anyway). I would only do war under 350 score and never do baseball.

The thing is the determination of winning or losing a war is resistance. Attacks of different types eliminate different resistance amounts. Naval attacks do the most, you can eliminate 42 resistance in 12 turns; with ground, you can do 40; with air, 36. This balances out the ships lack of worth in other categories, so I would leave it be.
