Exactly, even if all of the events were net positives for a nation it would benefit some more than others... if some were negative effects and others positive then it would be even worse. And before anyone says "Oh but it will all average out over time", I would like to say that then there would be no point to implement it at all

I mean, was Obsidian Order a sphere? Is Nexus? I just think that if a sphere is explicitly protecting another one then they are one and the same until one decides to go their own way.

Couldn't agree more. I'm very happy with the current state of the meta. It certainly helps (IMO) that a lot of the influential alliance leaders and gov in this multisphere environment come from what I like to think of as the minispheres that really started it all by being completely disconnected from other spheres (KETOGG and CHAOS). Orbis certainly has come a long way since the team up of KETOGG and CHAOS (and friends) to take on IQ 2.0 and I'm excited to see what happens next.

I’ve also been in many fun and friendly wars before and I don’t think any of the ones I’ve been a part of were agreed upon. Whether or not you think a war is friendly or not is almost entirely based on who you fight with and those who you interact with on the other side. I would also argue that all wars are fun~~
