I think we've been the most open alliance in this whole thing. Is your cause just? Hardly. Justified? Maybe, sure. You keep mentioning this post, and saying things like getting SRD to ask the hedge leader to clarify...as if that very same hedge leader isn't an active member and probably has seen most of this discussion. SRD doesn't owe you anything lol. There's also not much to clarify. "Counter Quack's Growth" sounds about as much like "Manufacture a CB and hit" as anything I can think of. In b4 partisan screenshots this with an incoherent post like he seems to like to do with my succinct rants Like I said before and during Thalmor Radio, the narrative doesn't really matter much at this point. There isn't really much to say unless Rose sphere or *unnamed swamp-hedge leaders* come forward and spill what most of the game already assumes. It all boils down to: Quack seemed to be getting too big. Rumblings of an aggressive action were starting, intending as a check/balance. Quack caught wind, tried to isolate hedge/tcw, but got caught with their pants down by a planned Rose counter they weren't expecting. And in the end, Quack will hopefully accept peace after an adequate peace, and we can move forward in to a tense 3-v-1 situation until Quack can figure out how to regain hedge or swamp on their side.

Can I get a tl;dr? Or rather a I've never read a book so I don't understand? These threads make me remember why I never got into the forums

There's literally an audio file posted in this thread for you to compare to if you suspect something. Nah this war will end in 1 of 2 ways, I think. 1. Quack surrendering to meme terms or 2. internal fighting/drama causing a coalition break up. I highly doubt #2 unless someone leaks some major opsec.

Yeah that was me. Am I wrong? Whether the coalition was defensive or not, it was built based upon a perceived strength quack has. So the current war is serving its purpose of crushing Quack until its no longer a threat. And before quackers get angry at me, by threat, I mean that, at least for ca. 1 month, Quack will probably not be able to join up with 1 other bloc to defeat the other two.

Its a conditional treaty. How does that invalidate the idea of quack being too big? That is the presumed impetus of the agreement. And quack is still the aggressor depending on the timing of agreement. What state was this agreement pre-militarization? I look forward to seeing more back channel information. Swamp and Hedge have been so far pretty open about their conditional paperless mdp against Quack. The biggest part where there is uncertainty from a non-privileged member like myself is who from Swamp or Quack has made a connection with Rose, and how tenuous is it? But even if Quack is shown to be "the aggressor" that doesn't mean they/you were wrong in acting.

You'd be surprised how much we know. Its not good form to reveal your own alliance's opsec though. This seems to come down the question of what caused what: was coordination caused by the Quack militarization, or was coordination there the whole time. And what level? Everything I've read suggests the Rose connection was weak and tenuous at best...until you gave them opportunity for an easy win. Would a 3 sphere coalition roll you? Maybe eventually. That's assuming those ties strengthened. In the position you were in, you could strike and gain respect or fight it and become a hegemony. I think you made the right choice. I'm no gov member, so I speak for myself alone. Did Hedge and Swamp have a tie? We just led a successful campaign. We gained camaraderie. We were blood brothers. Of course there's a tie there. Its not like the previous "global" was that long ago. But Rose sphere? I look forward to the war pivoting to them.
