      Make the spy loss/recruited ratio smaller, but don't do what Alex did

      I mean you should be able to kill more than someone can rebuild, but I'd be willing to agree that maybe the scale of the imbalance is a bit extreme.

      Sure. But he still shouldn't have done the 50% thing. That just leaves more things up to chance. Instead of alliance gitting gud, they just rely on numbers. Shouldn't be that way imo.
