In accordance with the Covenant bloc treaty: “C. Any signatory must give 72 hours notice to the other signatories if they wish to withdraw from this treaty, after which their treaty obligations are no longer in effect.†72 hours have passed since BoC submitted our notice to withdraw from the Covenant. I come before you today to announce this great treaty between BoC and TKR. Sword in the Clouds Accord Articles I: Non-Aggression All parties in this agreement agree not to attack or provoke each other. Should a dispute arise between alliances or members of the alliances in this agreement then these disputes will be resolved peacefully through private channels involving Government members. Articles II: Intelligence If information is obtained by one part that is damaging to the security of any other party they are obligated to share this information. Article III: Defence and Aggression Cooperation Parties agree to defend one another in the event that one comes under attack. This includes financial, political, and military assistance to the best of the parties abilities. Should any party choose to engage in offensive warfare they must inform the designated representatives of the others as early as possible and no later than 24 hours before action is taken. All parties have the option to participate in offensive action taken by another party, but are not under obligation to do so. During an offensive war by a party the other parties are required to maintain operational security once informed of the planned military action whether they agree to participate or not. Article IV: Disbanding and Merging Protection In the event that either parties disband, the other signatory will place a seventy-two hours protection over the disbanded party alliance to allow the other party alliance members to find time to move on. In the event that either parties merge with another alliance either outside or inside this treaty the other party agrees to place a minimum of seventy-two hours of protection over the merging alliance. Article V: Amending The Treaty The contents of this document may be modified by consent from both alliances Any signatory must give 72 hours notice to the other signatory if they wish to withdraw from this treaty, after which their treaty obligations are no longer in effect. Lord Balian, I've spoken to you a few times in BoC. I know we conflicted when I became MoFA because you were no longer MoFA when you came back to the game but my prayers are with you. LF always kept me updated on your situation during the time I was VP and everyone in BoC's gov and membership's prayers were always with you. They are still with you to this day even if you are no longer in BoC. I hope this surgery goes well for you and you live many more years to the best of your ability and dont let anything stop you from achieving your goals.

The Castle on a Cloud Accord ARTICLE I - Non-Aggression The signatory alliances agree to not initiate attacks between each other, and Iberia pledges to keep the peace with BoC's allies. ARTICLE II - Intelligence The signatory alliances agree to pass along intelligence in a timely manner, especially when it is regarding the other signatory. ARTICLE III - Aid BoC is under no obligation to provide Iberia with financial, diplomatic, or academic aid of any kind. ARTICLE IV - Protection BoC agrees to provide military and espionage protection over Iberia, until such a time that Iberia can defend itself. Should BoC find itself in war, Iberia is under no obligation to come to their defense, however is encouraged to do so. ARTICLE V - Upgrading This Protectorate treaty may be upgraded with a passing vote from each of the signatories. The upgrade would become effective immediately. ARTICLE VI - Cancellation Should this treaty need to be canceled, 72 hour notice is required to the other alliance. Once 72 hours have passed, this treaty is void.
