It's unlikely to be that many multis, probably they have just logged in using a network that is getting bounced around different ISPs, a popular VPN, or something else like Tor.

I agree, that is spammy, but I'm assuming it's just a mixup they had. Unless you get like a bunch more, we'll just let this one go.

Possibly multis, but not enough evidence to say that for sure. If they are sharing a network, they aren't allowed to attack together anyway, and will receive warnings for that.

I'll take a look, but the video ads are all served by a 3rd party provider so there's really probably nothing that I can do about that unfortunately. -
