Blake Gillman Posted May 18, 2015 Share Posted May 18, 2015 (edited) I noticed that it was 2 spies per city now to get, so I went to grab new spies and it told me -2 spies can be enlisted today, then it said 6, then -2 again. Then when I tried to enlist it said "Only a maximum of 2 spies may be enlisted per day" So I think there might be some more updating to do in order to fix the new Update.
